Not long ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China announced the 2022 green manufacturing list, and the Xinchuang Technology Branch of Shanxi Qin New Energy Group Co., Ltd. won the title of "National Green Factory", and the industrial green manufacturing system has been on the list.
Qinxin Group Xinchuang Technology Branch is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of lithium-ion battery anode materials, and has pioneered the completion of the basic research of coal-based (waste coke powder) anode materials, expanded test verification and pre-industrialization pilot test, and the core technology has won the first prize of provincial patents, and has obtained 26 independent intellectual property rights, and is the only enterprise in China that has a full set of processes and products for the production of anode materials from coal-based raw materials.
Coincidentally, Qinxin Group has also developed the QRD-2000 (III.) clean heat recovery tamping coking process automatic control technology, independently developed the "Qinxin brand" casting coke and "Volcano brand" rock wool coke, and used the high-temperature waste flue gas generated by coking to build a waste heat power plant with a total capacity of 39MW, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 200,000 tons per year compared with coal-fired power plants, and has been rated as "China's foundry and rock wool coke production base" for five consecutive times It was rated as a leading enterprise in the environmental performance classification of the coking industry by the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.

Shanxi Tongzhou Group Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1.79 million tons of 6.25 meters tamping coke oven project is also a key project of Qinyuan County's green and low-carbon industrial transformation, and at the same time, the supporting construction of coke oven gas to 100,000 tons of LNG co-production of 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia project, forming a production scale of 500,000 tons of chemical products. According to the data, coal-to-methanol reduces carbon emissions by about 30% compared with direct combustion of coal, and after all the release gas of methanol is recovered and recycled, it can reduce emissions by 80.048 million Nm³ per year. The other part is sent to the 100,000-ton LNG co-production 100,000-ton synthetic ammonia project, and after a series of chemical processes, LNG and synthetic ammonia products are sold for export, and finally to people's daily life.
In addition, Tongzhou Group will continue to "extend" for development, enter the tar, crude benzene, methanol and synthetic ammonia refining, plan to build a 20,000-ton polymethoxydimethyl ether project from methanol, a 100,000-ton nitrate and 100,000-ton nitric acid project from synthetic ammonia, and a coal tar cracking hydrogenation, asphalt needle coke and carbon fiber project, continue to transform and upgrade to high-end, so as to "eat dry and squeeze clean" every piece of coal, and finally achieve the goal of "carbon reduction".

The sewage treatment process is actually the process of carbon emissions, and the carbon emissions of the sewage treatment industry account for about 1% of the total emissions of the whole society, and it is also a large energy consumer. Focusing on the weaknesses of sewage treatment, Qinyuan County has organized and implemented the construction of domestic sewage treatment facilities in county-level towns, renovated and expanded sewage treatment plants in Guodao Town, Lingkongshan Town, Jingfeng Town and other townships with concentrated population, improved the centralized collection and treatment rate of sewage, further reduced the content of pollutants entering the water body and the amount of sewage generated, and used nature-based solutions to improve water quality from the source, so as to achieve carbon emission reduction.
As a secondary energy source with a wide range of sources, green and low-carbon, flexible and efficient, and rich application scenarios, hydrogen energy is an ideal interconnection medium to promote the clean and efficient use of coal and support the large-scale development of renewable energy, and is also the best choice to achieve large-scale and deep decarbonization in transportation, industry and construction. In 2024, it was also mentioned in the "Three Cadres Meeting" of Qinyuan County that "it is necessary to formulate a county-wide hydrogen energy industry plan, lay out 120MW photovoltaic power generation to produce green hydrogen, build 6 comprehensive energy islands, and take the lead in building a demonstration base for the integrated development of hydrogen energy 'production, storage, transmission and use' in the city." ”
Shanxi Pengfei Group Co., Ltd. has three coal mining companies located in Qinyuan County, with the help of the successful operation of the headquarters of Pengwan Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, relying on the gas power station, using water electrolysis hydrogen production technology, in Qinhe Town, Congziyu Township layout and construction of two hydrogen refueling integrated stations, to achieve a high-quality transformation from a traditional "coal city" to a "characteristic hydrogen city". At present, Pengfei Group has purchased 200 hydrogen refueling heavy trucks, each reducing emissions by 120 tons, with a total emission reduction of 24,000 tons per year, and hydrogen refueling stations are also under construction, ultimately meeting zero carbon emissions in the whole transportation chain.
In addition, Qinyuan County also plans to implement more than 20 projects, such as 1.5 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project, 1.2 million kilowatt pumped storage project, State Grid Taiyueshan Wind Farm 250MW wind power project, Qinyuan Guangrui New Energy Co., Ltd. 50MW wind power project, industrial waste comprehensive disposal project, urban and rural central heating integration project, manure and straw comprehensive treatment, and urban and rural integrated water supply guarantee project in Qinyuan County, which will run green and low-carbon through all aspects of production and life.

Improving the carbon sequestration capacity of forests and grasslands is a key task to achieve the "double carbon" goal, and forests are the most important "carbon absorbers". Qinyuan is known as the hometown of Pinus tabuliformis, with a forest coverage rate of 52.7%, and the "big air conditioner" has not stopped the original intention of Qinyuan County's development of planting greenery and protecting greenery.
Continue to carry out land greening, implement 10,000 mu of land greening pilot projects for ecological protection and restoration in the Yellow River Basin, 4,000 mu of artificial afforestation, and 8,000 mu of mountain closure and afforestation, steadily improve the forest coverage rate, complete the construction of Caojiayuan constructed wetland, improve the self-purification capacity of rivers, and promote the pilot construction of Huapo National Grassland Nature Park.
