In order to further publicize the laws and regulations of medical insurance, consolidate and expand the achievements of national insurance in Qiaoxi District, and improve the level of fund supervision, on April 16, the Medical Security Bureau of Qiaoxi District organized the 2024 theme publicity activity of "Fund Supervision and Participation to Guard the People's 'Life-saving Money'" in Jiyuan, Qiaoxi District.
Three consultation desks were set up at the event site, and relevant staff, doctors and nurses from designated hospitals in the jurisdiction popularized the employee medical insurance reimbursement policy, outpatient chronic disease declaration process, how to record medical treatment in other places, and large-amount medical insurance reimbursement policies and other issues that the insured people are concerned about through free consultation, health consultation and distribution of promotional materials, and interpreted the common problems of fraud and insurance fraud, and publicized the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Use of Medical Security Funds" and other medical insurance policies and regulations. Whistleblowing and complaint channels and whistleblowing incentives encourage everyone to participate in the supervision of the medical insurance fund, not only to be the payer and user of the medical insurance fund, but also to be the propagandist and supervisor of the safety of the medical insurance fund. The staff of the Medical Insurance Bureau also opened medical insurance electronic vouchers for the people in need to handle medical insurance business at the event site.
The event received more than 500 people and distributed more than 1,600 leaflets. This concentrated publicity activity further enhanced the public's awareness of insurance participation and allowed more people to have a deeper understanding of the medical insurance policy.
In the next step, the Qiaoxi District Medical Security Bureau will publicize the medical insurance policy to the public in an all-round and multi-angle way through various forms and channels, provide more convenient medical insurance handling services for the masses, and promote the formation of a good atmosphere in which everyone cares about medical insurance and everyone knows about medical insurance.
