And the stupid Philippines once again willingly became a "target". Using the "Shield-24" exercise, the US Army's No. 1 Multi-Domain Task Force was asked to transport the "Typhon" medium-range missile system from Washington to northern Luzon in the Philippines for deployment.

The United States and the Philippines even bluntly stated that the real purpose of deploying "Typhon" is to control China and undermine "anti-access/area denial" capabilities.
