In order to further grasp the distribution of combustibles under the forest, promote the modernization of the forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing management system and governance capacity, and make every effort to maintain the safety of people's lives and property and ecological security. Recently, the garrison detachment of the 63rd Regiment of the Fourth Division of the Yining Forest Fire Brigade went deep into the forest area to carry out the investigation of combustibles under the forest, and analyzed and predicted the forest fire prevention situation in the station.
Combustible survey work is to prevent forest fires, find out the terrain, familiar with the forest, improve the success rate of rescue effective way, no matter how complete the map is not as good as the real measurement of the feet, only go deep into the forest and grassland to sample, summarize, compare, and effectively grasp the first-hand information, in order to be prepared for danger in times of peace. The garrison detachment attaches great importance to the fire prevention inspection work, carefully analyzes the current fire prevention situation in combination with the actual situation of the station, and studies and determines the location of the inspection. During the period, the relevant information was collected in detail by combining high-altitude observation and field survey by UAV. The participants used maps, telescopes, anemometers, unmanned aerial vehicles and other survey equipment to go deep into the forest area of the station to carefully survey the forest and grassland coverage, fuel load, water distribution, topography, mountain range, vegetation type, road traffic, infrastructure, etc., and summarized the wind, wind direction, humidity and other data in detail, effectively grasped the first-hand information, and formed a scientific and accurate survey data report.
In the next step, the garrison detachment will strengthen the contact with the local emergency, forestry and grassland departments according to the climate change situation around the station, keep abreast of the situation in key forest areas, provide accurate data and information support for the team to carry out forest fire prevention and extinguishing tasks, and ensure that in case of danger, it can be quickly discovered, quickly put in place, and quickly disposed of.
