After the judgment took effect, Wang refused to enforce it, and Liu applied to the Jiangnan District Court for compulsory enforcement. After receiving Liu's urgent call, the Jiangnan District Court immediately verified and requested the local public security to assist and cooperate. The enforcement judge led the team members to rush to Huanjiang County, Hechi City, and planned to take judicial detention measures against the person subject to enforcement, Wang, on the grounds that he had property and refused to perform the effective judgment. At the scene, the executive judge reprimanded Wang for his attitude towards negative performance, and at the same time organized both parties to actively communicate on the performance of the case. Through the judge's interpretation of the law, the two parties finally reached a settlement, and the person subject to enforcement, Wang, performed part of the payment on the spot, and agreed to perform the remaining amount of 3,800 yuan per month until all the payments were completed. If you insist on refusing to perform, we will take detention measures against you in accordance with the law. Recently, in a series of cases in which the company owed wages to employees, the cadres and police of the Executive Bureau of the Jiangnan District Court actively organized the parties to mediate, and explained the law to the person subject to enforcement to help him analyze the pros and cons. However, the person subject to enforcement was resolute and refused to perform. In this regard, the executive judge intends to take judicial custody measures against him. In the face of the enforcement judge's stern warning and admonition, and under the deterrence of the enforcement detention, the person subject to enforcement finally realized that the refusal to execute the effective judgment and the non-payment of wages harmed others and himself. In the end, the person subject to enforcement and the applicant for enforcement reached a settlement, and each of the 25 workers paid 3,000 yuan on the spot and made a repayment plan, so that the legitimate rights and interests of the applicant for enforcement were realized. After verifying the reported information, the enforcement police immediately went to the scene and successfully impounded the executor's vehicle. At present, the vehicle involved in the case has entered the appraisal auction process, and the proceeds of the auction will be used to pay for execution and bounty.
