A letter to the enterprises (units) directly reporting to the statistical network
Dear person in charge of the online direct reporting enterprise (unit): Thank you for your long-term strong support and active cooperation with the statistical work! In order to thoroughly implement the important thinking of the CPC Central Committee on building a strong cyber country, ensure the security of statistical networks and data security, effectively improve statistical survey capabilities, standardize statistical work at the grassroots level, and effectively reduce the burden on survey subjects and statistical grassroots, starting from August 1, 2024, the reporting committee of enterprise online direct reporting will be switched from the statistical online direct reporting platform currently in use (the old system) to the statistical cloud platform online direct reporting system (new system) for reporting. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the switchover of the online direct reporting and filling business, the National Bureau of Statistics decided to carry out a comprehensive pilot project of a set of forms of statistical survey system in the online direct reporting system of the statistical cloud platform from April to June. During this period, Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, Fangchenggang, Baise, Hechi City and the counties (cities, districts, development zones) under their jurisdiction will participate in the relevant work of the comprehensive pilot. In order to ensure that the respondents of the enterprise survey can be familiar with and master the business process of the new system in advance, it is now necessary for your enterprise (unit) to use real data to fill in the report to verify the correctness and completeness of the customized content of the new system. From April to June 2024, on the basis of completing the data reporting of the old system, the statisticians of your enterprise (unit) are requested to submit the report data related to the comprehensive pilot project through the new system (website: https://tjy.stats.gov.cn) in mid-to-late April and mid-to-late May respectively (please refer to the attachment for detailed operation methods). At that time, Guangxi's statistical departments at all levels will provide relevant business guidance and technical services. 1. The statistical data entry and submission website of the online direct reporting system of the statistical cloud platform

Second, the specific time of the statistical report system
The comprehensive pilot is carried out in two time periods, and your enterprise (unit) is requested to fill in the corresponding data. (The specific reporting time of the corresponding statistical report system is directly issued through the system.) ）
(1) The first time segment:
In mid to late April, you need to fill in the monthly report data for March 2024, the quarterly report data for the first quarter of 2024, and the semi-annual report data for the first half of 2023 (entered into the first half of 2024 report period).
(2) The second time period:
In mid-to-late May, you need to fill in the data for April 2024 in the system.
3. Methods of entering and reporting statistical data
The statisticians of your enterprise (unit) are requested to complete the review and reporting of statistical data reports through the system according to the time requirements of the corresponding statistical report system;
In order to facilitate statisticians to enter and report statistical data, we provide two convenient ways to fill in the report:
1. Paste the data from the old system or directly enter it into the new system template for data submission, and the specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) In the Statistical Cloud Networking Direct Reporting System (new system), enter the report filling interface, click the "Export" button in the function menu at the bottom of the report, and export the empty table (its type is excel).
(2) Fill in the exported excel sheet by pasting or directly entering the data of the existing online direct reporting platform (old system).
(3) In the bottom function menu of the report filling interface to be reported by the statistical cloud network direct reporting system (new system), click the "Import" button to complete the excel sheet before importing, so as to complete the data submission.
2. Fill in the data or paste the data in the statistical cloud network direct reporting system (new system), the specific operation steps are as follows.
(1) Open the corresponding report interface in the existing online direct reporting platform (old system), use the mouse to select all the table data cells, and the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy the table data.
(2) Open the corresponding report filling interface in the statistical cloud network direct reporting system (new system), select the same form cell as the old system, use the shortcut key Ctrl+V to paste it into the form filling box, and complete the data submission after all the corresponding forms are filled.
