2024 Wuyuan County Health System Campus Recruitment Announcement

1. Recruitment plan

2. Recruitment targets and application conditions

The recruitment target is all college graduates (including fresh graduates in 2024) who meet the recruitment conditions.

(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions at the same time:

4. Have good political quality and moral character, and have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.

5. The education, professional or technical conditions required for the position.

6. The age is generally over 18 years old and under 35 years old (including 18 years old and 35 years old, if there are special provisions, it can be appropriately relaxed).

7. Adapt to the physical conditions and psychological quality required by the post.

8. Applicants have professional and technical conditions that meet the requirements of the position.

9. Have other qualifications required for the position. (See "Recruitment Table" for details)

10. If the applicant is a regular staff member of an organ or public institution or has signed a labor contract with the original work unit (including an enterprise unit), he or she must submit a certificate that his or her employer agrees to apply for the examination. If the applicant deliberately conceals his or her work experience, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.

11. If the resident physicians recruited from the society are fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, those who are employed in medical and health institutions in the year of their standardized resident training shall be treated the same as fresh graduates of the current year; Among them, the training major in the certificate of qualification for residential training should be consistent with the professional or category requirements of the recruitment position in principle.

(2) The following persons shall not apply:

1. Active-duty military personnel;

2. Full-time junior college, undergraduate, and graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities (excluding fresh graduates in 2024);

3. Employees of organs and institutions during the probationary period and before the minimum service period (listed recruitment);

4. Persons who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been dismissed from public office, and persons who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness;

5. Persons who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of recruitment or employment discipline in the recruitment of civil servants or public recruitment by public institutions, and who are within the period of prohibition from examination;

6. Persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed as staff of public institutions as provided by laws and regulations.

7. Personnel who are required to avoid positions after applying. Applicants who have a husband and wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close in-law relationship with the responsible personnel of the employer shall not apply for the organizational personnel, auditing, finance, discipline inspection and supervision positions of the unit, as well as management positions with direct leadership relationships between superiors and subordinates. The responsible personnel of the employer and the recruiting staff shall also recuse themselves if they have the above-mentioned family relationship with them or other matters that may affect the fairness of recruitment when handling personnel employment matters.

3. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: 9:00-12:00 a.m. on April 19, 2024.

According to the requirements of the reported position, fill in the "Wuyuan County Health System Campus Recruitment Registration Form", the letter of integrity commitment, and submit your resume. (2) Qualification review

1. The on-site registration qualification review on campus is the responsibility of each recruiting unit. Those who do not meet the application conditions, the personal information filled in is inconsistent with the documents held, and the important information is concealed or false supporting materials are provided, and the circumstances are serious, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the registration information cannot be modified after the review is passed.

2. The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of campus recruitment.

(3) Interview

1. The form of this recruitment examination is an interview, and there is no opening ratio for the interview, and the passing score line for this interview is 70 points. For positions where the actual number of interviews is equal to or less than the actual number of recruitment plans for the position, the interview score of the candidates for the position must reach 70 points. 

Campus recruitment interview start time: 7:30 a.m. on April 20, 2024, and those who do not arrive 30 minutes before the interview start will be disqualified.

Campus recruitment interview location: Inner Mongolia Medical University (Xinhua Campus) Teaching Experiment Building.

2. The interview method is a professional interview. The interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality, business ability and work skills required by the candidate to perform the position. The maximum score for the interview is 100 points, and the interview time is 8 minutes.

3. When the applicant is interviewed, he can only answer in the national common language, and if he does not answer according to the requirements, he will be treated as a zero point.

4. After the interview and before the recruitment target is determined, if there is a vacancy in each link, each link can only be filled once.

5. The total score of the examination = interview score (the total score is kept to two decimal places), if the last interview score of the same position is tied and exceeds the actual number of recruitment plans for the position, an additional test will be organized, and the candidates will be determined to enter the scope of the physical examination in equal amounts.

Fourth, physical examination

1. Personnel who enter the scope of physical examination must participate in the physical examination within the specified time, and those who fail to participate within the specified time shall be deemed to have automatically given up their employment qualifications.

2. The physical examination shall be conducted in a general hospital of the second grade or above, and the competent department of the employer shall be responsible for organizing and implementing it, and the physical examination items and standards shall be carried out with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and other relevant provisions of the state on the physical examination of civil servants.

3. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.

4. If the number of recruitment plans is vacant due to the applicant's unqualified physical examination or voluntary abandonment, the number of candidates who are above the interview passing score line will be filled in the order of the interview score from high to low.

5. If the applicant fails to pass the physical examination or falsifies or conceals important medical history during the physical examination, resulting in false physical examination results, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

6. If the medical examiner has a recusal relationship with the applicant for the physical examination, he or she shall be recused. The staff who violate the operating procedures, commit fraud, twist the law for personal gain, or derelict their duties during the physical examination, and cause adverse consequences, shall be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations.

5. Investigation

1. The inspection work shall be completed within 15 working days after the end of the physical examination. Applicants must actively cooperate with the completion of the inspection work within the specified time limit, and if the applicant fails to complete the inspection work due to his personal non-cooperation, it will be deemed to have given up automatically.

2. The inspection work highlights political standards, focusing on whether the candidates resolutely support the "two establishments", whether they meet the political requirements of enhancing the "four consciousnesses", strengthening the "four self-confidences", and achieving the "two maintenances", and whether they keep in mind the "three inseparables" and effectively enhance the "five identities". The content of the examination includes political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, work or study performance, personal integrity, etc., as well as the authenticity of the qualifications for the application.

3. If the applicant fails to pass the inspection, he or she may be disqualified from employment after being researched and determined by the leading group of campus recruitment of the Wuyuan County Health System.

6. Publicity and employment approval

1. The recruitment leading group office according to the interview results and physical examination and inspection results of the candidates to determine the personnel to be hired, the list of personnel to be hired in Bayannur City Personnel Examination Network, Bayannur City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Personnel Examination Column, Wuyuan County People's Government online publicity, publicity period of 5 working days. 2. During the publicity period, the Office of the Recruitment Leading Group shall carefully register the report letters, telephone calls and report letters transferred by relevant departments that reflect the relevant problems of the applicants, conduct investigation and verification in a timely manner, and feedback the final verification results to the whistleblower and the transfer unit. 3. The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of campus recruitment, and any link in the campus recruitment process and during the probation period finds that the information is untrue, the conditions do not match, and the employment is fraudulent, and the employment qualification will be cancelled.

4. If the person to be hired has any of the following circumstances, the employment qualification shall be cancelled:

(1) Fresh graduates fail to obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates as scheduled;

(2) Before going through the employment filing procedures, they have been newly hired (hired) by other organs and institutions (subject to the filing or approval documents) and are admitted as full-time students;

(3) Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probationary period or at the end of the period;

(4) In the process of campus recruitment, there is false information, inconsistent conditions, fraud, etc., which affect employment;

(5) The person to be hired fails to report to the designated place within the specified time;

(6) Other circumstances in which laws and regulations provide that they must not be hired as staff of public institutions.

5. Filing of the proposed personnel: If there is no objection to the proposed personnel, the competent department of the recruiting unit shall submit the employment report and the roster of hired personnel to the county organization human resources and social security department for employment approval and filing.

6. Go through the formalities and sign the contract. Each recruiting unit shall handle the relevant personnel procedures for newly hired personnel in accordance with the filing documents. In the employment contract, the employer shall agree on a probationary period with the employee. The probationary period for newly hired personnel is 12 months if they are employed for the first time, and for other hired personnel, the probationary period is generally not more than 3 months, and may be extended under special circumstances, but the longest shall not exceed 6 months. The probationary period includes the term of the employment contract, and those who pass the probationary period shall be formally employed;

7. Where the Office of the Leading Group for Recruitment Work intends to cancel the examination and employment qualifications of candidates in the process of campus recruitment qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity, and handling of employment procedures, the Office of the Leading Group for Recruitment Work shall promptly inform the applicants of the relevant facts, reasons and basis for the disqualification in accordance with relevant provisions, and inform the applicants of their rights to make statements and defenses in accordance with law. Where applicants violate discipline and rules in campus recruitment, they shall be recorded in the applicants' creditworthiness file in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions".

8. Determine the minimum service period. The recruiting unit stipulates a minimum service period of 3-5 years in the employment contract, and clarifies the liability for breach of contract and related requirements. Those who give up without justifiable reasons or do not perform the minimum number of years of service will be recorded in their integrity files.

9. After going through the formalities for filing for employment, those who give up or are canceled from employment and cause vacancies will not be replaced.
