Case 1
At 19:50 on March 15, 2024, the K429 train ran between Tangjia Station and Huanyanghe Station of the Shenshan Line, and the driver found that a wildfire on the left side of the running direction burned on the shoulder of the road at a distance of 110 kilometers and 650 meters, and immediately took emergency braking measures and reported the situation. After investigation, the cause of the fire was a fire caused by a farmer burning in his own farmland, with a fire area of nearly 500 square meters, causing a passing bus to stop for 26 minutes, and the section between Tangjia and Huanyanghe Station on the Shenshan downward line was locked for 38 minutes, affecting the subsequent two trucks to be avoided for 1 hour and 11 minutes and 1 hour and 27 minutes respectively. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law", the Xinmin Station Police Station of the Jinzhou Railway Public Security Department of the Shenyang Railway Public Security Bureau gave the offender an administrative detention punishment.
Case 2
On March 18, 2024, the Fangshan District Fire and Rescue Detachment of Beijing received an alarm that a fire broke out in a cultivated land in a town in Fangshan District, and the fire and rescue station in the jurisdiction quickly dispatched the police to extinguish it. After investigation, the offender Wang burned weeds in violation of regulations in the contracted land and caused a fire. According to Article 64, Item 2 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the public security organs gave Wang a penalty of 12 days of administrative detention.
Case 3
On March 16, 2022, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Tabusai Township, Tumut Left Banner, found that Wang Moumou, a villager of Chengliu Village, burned straw in the east of Chengliu Village, with an area of 0.5 mu, and his behavior violated Article 119 of the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", and the Township Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau criticized and educated him, and imposed a fine of RMB 500 on the igniter Wang Moumou in accordance with the law.
