In the continuous development of the "Spring Breeze Action" activity, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau went deep into more than 20 key enterprises to carry out visits and surveys to learn more about production and sales, labor shortage and demand for high-skilled talents, etc., investigated and collected more than 120 operator positions, more than 10 high-tech talent positions, and distributed more than 500 copies of publicity materials.
Relying on the "Tianjin Smart Recruitment" online public employment service platform, 9 online special job fairs of the "Spring Breeze Action" were organized, providing 1,600 jobs, and 3 on-site recruitment activities were carried out, more than 300 enterprises entered the venue, providing 7,700 jobs, 8,500 participants, and 2,700 people initially reached employment intentions.
At the same time, we will properly do a good job in identifying and assisting people with employment difficulties, implement assistance policies such as public welfare post subsidies and subsidies for various enterprises, newly identify more than 350 people with employment difficulties, review more than 220 yuan of various subsidies, and maintain the "dynamic clearance of zero-employment families".
