Junior high school graduates aged 15-18 with moderate or mild intellectual disabilities (with a nine-year compulsory education completion certificate or equivalent education level, no chronic diseases and infectious diseases, able to take care of themselves, and have good living and study habits).
Admissions Procedure
1. Before June 15, parents should bring the original student's household registration book, academic certificate, copy of disability certificate, physical examination (including intelligence test) or specialty related information to Chengdu Etiquette Vocational Middle School (No. 210, Zhitong 1st Road, Wuhou District, telephone 15983942983, to the teacher) for consultation and registration every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
2. Shoot a video of the student's daily life, duration: about three minutes, and submit it to the Liaison Admissions and Internship Office during the consultation and registration.
3. On June 23, the professional department and the Liaison Enrollment and Internship Office will conduct an on-site evaluation of the students. The evaluation is divided into two parts: cultural course evaluation and comprehensive quality evaluation, and the content refers to the "Peizhi School Curriculum Standards" issued by the Ministry of Education. The assessment of cultural courses includes: applied language and applied mathematics, and the comprehensive quality assessment includes: self-care ability, labor skills and habits, life adaptation, and social etiquette.
4. On July 2, determine the list of probationers, notify the guardians of probationary students to go through the relevant procedures on time, and determine the probationary registration time.
5. On October 7, the list of officially admitted students will be determined.
