The United Front Work Department of the Dongsheng District Party Committee has thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on strengthening and improving ethnic work, sought practical results in innovation, and promoted the deepening of the sense of community of the Chinese nation with the working method of "four commons and four integrations", so that ethnic work can be seen, heard and touched.

Cohesion of consensus through common learning, and integration of ideas to promote concentricity
Dongsheng District condenses consensus with common learning, grasps points, strings, and pavement, and widely condenses the ideological consensus of the masses of all ethnic groups. Construct a "1+5+N" matrix for the education of the awareness of the community of the Chinese nation, build 1 practical education base for the awareness of the community of the Chinese nation, plan and lay out 5 theme parks, and build 127 practical education centers (stations) for the awareness of the community of the Chinese nation. 355 propaganda teams were set up to vigorously carry out educational and practical activities on the theme of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, with an audience of more than 200,000 people. Sorted out and published 26,000 books such as "Ordos Folk Song Culture - Dongsheng District Song Volume" and "Ordos Mongolian Folk Dictionary", and 4 original national unity songs such as "One Heart and One Victory", carried out the "Five Ones" series of activities on a regular basis, opened up a column of "Stories of the Chinese National Community", organized united front cadres to take the lead in telling the story of the Chinese national community, and built a spiritual home shared by all ethnic groups.

To build cohesion and promote service integration
Dongsheng District has built a cohesive force to do practical things and solve problems for the people of all ethnic groups, carried out diversified and warm-hearted services, improved the service management system for the floating population of ethnic minorities, and strived to ensure that the people of all ethnic groups "can enter, stay, integrate and live well", and do a solid job in urban ethnic work in the new era. Optimize and enhance the "10+6+N" creation system for national unity and progress, create a characteristic brand of "pomegranate blossoms, win with one heart" in street communities, and provide perfect services for people of all ethnic groups. Through the "Our Festival" series of activities, we have built an interactive platform for people of all ethnic groups to communicate, exchange and blend, and built 26 ethnic unity and progress communities, and 3 demonstration communities for the construction of a service management system for ethnic minority floating population. In terms of legal aid, the "Legal Aid Center for Floating Population" has been jointly established with the Ordos Mengnan Law Firm to protect the rights of people of all ethnic groups, mediate conflicts and resolve difficulties. In terms of business service management, we will do a good job in the registration and filing of foreign economic and commercial workers to ensure that they enter the market and integrate into Dongsheng on an equal footing. In terms of education, we will establish a compulsory education information service and supervision network covering the children of the floating population, and unify all the children of the floating population in the whole region into the scope of school enrollment, so as to ensure that the children of the floating population receive compulsory education on an equal footing, so that the people of all ethnic groups who come to Dongsheng can quickly integrate into urban life.

To co-prosperity cohesion, development and integration to promote peers
Dongsheng District unites the people's hearts with common prosperity, gives full play to tourism to meet the needs of the people for a better life, and promotes the exchanges, exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups. Gather the power of "united front + cultural tourism" to promote the all-round embedding of all ethnic groups in space, culture, economy, society, psychology and other aspects, so that local tourism resources can be "new", "lively" and "fire", so that people of all ethnic groups can share the fruits of development. The work of national unity and progress will be integrated and developed with the tourism economy, 2 national industrial and agricultural demonstration sites, 1 autonomous region-level tourist resort, and 4 autonomous region-level rural tourism reception households will be reviewed. The Ordos Bronze Museum is set up as a practice point for the education and practice of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation in Dongsheng District, integrating the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation into the commentary of the tour guide, so that tourists can receive the knowledge education of the consciousness of the community of the Chinese nation in a natural and comfortable tourism experience. Implement the demonstration and creation action of forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation, take the 4A-level tourist attraction of Jiucheng Palace as a model, continue to carry out the interpretation of community concepts such as "three inseparable", "four common" and "five identities", tell the story of Dongsheng District to promote exchanges and integration of various ethnic groups, and build Jiucheng Palace into a demonstration benchmark for tourism to promote "three exchanges" into the scenic spot. Thoroughly implement the integrated development policy of "intangible cultural heritage + tourism", and carry out various activities such as intangible cultural heritage display and exhibitions in scenic spots, communities, and campuses on a regular basis, so as to create a strong intangible cultural heritage atmosphere.

Cohesion of resources, exchange and integration to promote sharing
Dongsheng District held the 7th Ordos Ice and Snow Naadam and the "10th National Mass Ice and Snow Season" mass ice and snow activities and the 12th Inner Mongolia Million Youth Ice and Snow Activities in the Ikhan Grassland of Jiuchenggong to condense resources and innovate the path of mutual integration, attracting a large number of ice and snow sports enthusiasts to participate. With the theme of "Warm City Ordos", the search for historical footprints and experience of ethnic customs have been included in the team tourism routes, and a number of high-quality characteristic cultural and tourism blocks such as Plateau Hualuqi and "Dongsheng 1980" old blocks have been created one after another, which not only increases the income of the masses, but also allows tourists from all over the country and people of all ethnic groups to communicate and blend extensively in the shared cultural feast.
