On April 16, Lingshui Li Autonomous County held a global investment conference with the theme of "Developing New Quality Productivity and Promoting High-quality Development" at the Haikou State Guesthouse in Hainan. Shi Qingqing, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and Wu Haifeng, secretary of the county party committee, delivered speeches respectively, and Luo Hua, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, made investment promotions.
At the meeting, Wu Haifeng, secretary of the county party committee, talked about the present and future of Lingshui around three aspects: market value, development meteorology, and investment opportunities. Focusing on the development of agricultural industries such as Wenluo Industrial Park, Aquatic Nanfan Industrial Park, and deep-sea aquaculture of yellowfin tuna, as well as the development of characteristic tourism IPs such as the Tanjia Cultural Tourism Zone in Xincun, the Vitality Sports Perfume Bay Area, and the "Yuanchuang Lingjing" Science and Technology Art Festival, and "Jimengxing Street Battle", the traditional industries of Lingshui are introduced in detail how to "develop new branches". Taking the integrated development path of "education, science, industry and city" in Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, building data industry platforms such as Lingshui International Digital Content Industry Platform and Lingshui Digital Cultural Industry Cloud, and improving the carrier space of Qingshuiwan Science and Technology Park and Li'an Haifeng Town, this paper clarifies how to "cultivate new seedlings" in Lingshui's new quality productivity. The "new ecology" of Lingshui's business environment was described from four aspects: making the brand of "government and enterprise appointment", effectively resolving problems left over from history, setting up a high-quality development fund, and finding out the "family background" of land resources in the county. Luo Hua, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, made an investment promotion, and elaborated one by one on the Wenluo Industrial Park, Li'an Area, Xincun Tanjia Cultural Tourism Zone, Coconut Grove Area Old City Reconstruction and Urban Renewal Area, Nanping Health and Wellness Industrial Park, Qingshuiwan Area, Perfume Bay Area and other seven areas, agriculture, medical and health care, water environment and other three major areas and other key projects. The investment scale and other enterprise concerns were introduced in detail, and the relevant preferential policies of Hainan Free Trade Port and the encouragement and incentive policies and measures issued by Lingshui were introduced to entrepreneurs, so as to attract more enterprises to understand Lingshui, choose Lingshui and invest in Lingshui.
Zou Wentao, deputy director of the Administration of Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, focused on expanding the scale of running schools and the integrated development of "education, science, industry and city" as investment promotion in the education pilot zone.
