On April 17, experts from the United County Disabled Persons' Federation and the County People's Hospital of Hanyuan Town carried out door-to-door disability assessment and certification services throughout the town.
At the site of the certificate, the working group has a comprehensive understanding of the physical condition and self-care ability of the disabled through on-site inquiry, actual contact, and review of medical records, and handles the disability certificate on the spot after conducting inspections in strict accordance with the assessment standards for the disabled. At the same time, through in-depth communication with the disabled and their families, the staff understands the living and rehabilitation needs of the disabled in various aspects, and actively publicizes various disability support policies to them, so as to ensure that eligible disabled people can enjoy the due policies.
Through door-to-door application, it has greatly facilitated the vast number of disabled people, effectively solved the problem of difficulty in obtaining certificates for disabled people, and provided an important guarantee for disabled people to enjoy various preferential conditions in a fair and just manner.
