After receiving the alarm, the command center immediately dispatched 12 fire rescue personnel from 2 vehicles from the Perfume Bay Fire Station to the scene for disposal, and at the same time linked "110" and "120" to the scene to assist in the disposal.

After the firefighters arrived at the scene, they found that the accident vehicle at the scene was a trailer rear-end engineering truck, the front of the trailer was damaged and deformed as a whole, and most of the front of the truck was stuck in the rear of the construction truck, the trailer driver's right leg was stuck and could not move, his vital signs were normal, he was conscious and there were no obvious external injuries.
After the on-site preparations were ready, the fire and rescue personnel used a tarp to cover the trapped driver to prevent secondary damage caused by the debris splashing generated during the demolition, and the search and rescue unit used a hydraulic demolition tool group to demolish the front part of the trailer, and then used the expander to expand the front space to rescue the trapped people. In the middle of the rescue, there was a smell of burning at the scene, and the fire and rescue personnel who were on alert at the scene found that there was a large amount of smoke coming out of the vehicle battery near the trailer fuel tank, and the on-site commander immediately ordered the single-trunk water cannon to extinguish the smoke and speed up the rescue progress.

After the joint rescue of the fire and rescue personnel, the trapped trailer driver was successfully rescued and handed over to the on-site medical personnel, and it was confirmed that there were no potential safety hazards at the scene, and the equipment received and inspected at the Perfume Bay Fire Station was withdrawn.
