Supergiant Games has unveiled the Hades 2 Tech Beta, and players can sign up now.
Hades 2 technical testing will take place prior to the game's Early Access release, with Supergiant saying it's "close." The technical test will contain "much less content" than early access content, and Supergiant says it may only be available to a small percentage of players.
If interested, players can visit the game's Steam page and sign up for the beta.
As for how long the test will last, Supergiant said, "The nature of the test is that we don't know exactly how long it will last, although our estimate is 'longer than a week, shorter than a month.'" We also don't know when the Early Access version of Hades II will be available, as that will depend on when we finally run the technical tests. ”
After the Early Access launch, the studio plans to add the rest of the game's core content and refine the existing content in a series of updates.
"As we bring in more characters, and deepen our relationships with existing characters, the story will expand with each update, and this process will culminate in our v1.0 release, which will include the ending of the story and any other finishing touches. ”
