JUDGING FROM THE VIDEO AND PICTURES, THE EXTERIOR DESIGN OF THE SUPRE 9 IS VERY AVANT-GARDE, WITH A SLIGHTLY AGGRESSIVE FRONT STYLING BASED ON TRADITIONAL SPORTS CARS, AND TWO HEADLIGHTS THAT RESEMBLE THE EYES OF A SNOW LEOPARD. The body is flanked by floating butterfly doors, an open roof, air ducts on the rear wheels and a "30" logo. The entire body features a carbon fiber matrix frame, fiber seats, and a "space cockpit". The most distinctive feature of the car is the twin cabs, all equipped with a half-spoke racing wheel.
Unfortunately, there was no picture of the roof on site, so I don't know what the overall look and feel is. THERE IS A SAYING THAT THE SUPRE 9 DOES NOT HAVE A ROOF, AND IF THAT WERE THE CASE, THE CAR WOULD HAVE TO STAY AT THE CONCEPTUAL LEVEL, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PRACTICALITY AT ALL.
Although the design of the SUPRE 9 is very avant-garde overall, there are some details that I really can't understand, the most intuitive is the crossbar between the main driver and the passenger seat. This beam is not aesthetically pleasing as a whole, and it also reduces the interior space and has certain safety hazards. From the perspective of the concept car, the safety aspect is not a big problem, after all, few people will drive it on the road, but it still looks a little awkward, and the main driver and co-driver are forcibly separated.
Xiaobian thinks that BYD launched this sports car for more than half of the gimmicks for publicity purposes, to show its strong design and car manufacturing capabilities, and it is difficult to become a production model.
