At present, Zhongkeng Village and Xiasha Village have completed the initial construction of the "after-school post station", 85% of the villages (communities) in the town carry out the "after-school post station" service during the summer vacation, and 5 villages (communities) including Zhongkeng, Xiasha, Chikan, Fulong, and Taihe will provide "after-school post station" services for the whole school year from 2023 to 2024.
The after-school station is a public welfare service, and the service content is mainly based on basic custody, including students' independent homework, independent learning, independent reading, question answering and other learning activities. At the same time, according to the actual situation, the station focuses on helping students cultivate their interests, develop their strengths, broaden their horizons, and enhance their practice, and carry out a variety of interest groups and club activities such as popular science, art, labor, and reading, so as to meet the diverse needs of students.

"Mingde Lion Dance" is an intangible cultural heritage project of Guangdong Province, and the "after-school station" in Zhongkeng Village integrates this characteristic rural culture, bringing the lion dance elements into the classroom of the "after-school station", and carrying out summer public welfare training classes and other activities.
In addition, Zhongkeng Village has also set up a third-grade classroom to provide timely and positive guidance for students at the turning point of the third grade, help students with homework, and use vivid and diversified interesting learning methods to improve their interest and enthusiasm for learning.
As a "famous town of trendy toys", the "after-school station" in Xiasha Village has introduced trendy toy courses according to local characteristics, and cooperated with the trendy toy enterprises of Lezhibao (Dongguan) Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. to bring the culture of trendy toy elements into the classroom and stimulate students' interest.
Chikan Village After-School Station carries out safety knowledge education activities from the perspectives of fire fighting, anti-drugs, drowning prevention, anti-school bullying, traffic safety, etc., continuously improves students' awareness of safety precautions and strengthens the basic skills of emergency avoidance, and creates a "safety micro-companion" for children, builds a solid safety barrier, and protects the safety of children.
Relying on the Taihe Community "Neighborhood Hui" Party and Mass Service Station, Taihe Community After-School Station Service mobilizes community volunteers, integrates surrounding educational resources, accurately connects with children's diversified development needs, cultivates children's interests and hobbies, improves children's interpersonal communication, life knowledge, self-awareness and other skills and abilities, promotes the enhancement of children's comprehensive quality, creates a mutually helpful atmosphere of learning and sharing, and creates a "Neighborhood Knowledge House" service platform where parents can rest assured and children are happy, so as to escort the healthy growth of children in the community.
