The "Notice" proposes to carry out the pilot project of "100 counties, 1000 stations, 10,000 piles", and strengthen the planning and construction of new energy vehicle charging and swapping facilities in key villages and towns. The central government will arrange incentive funds to support the pilot counties to carry out the pilot work. Effectively make up for the shortcomings of public charging and swapping infrastructure in rural areas, and strive to achieve "full coverage of townships and townships" of charging and swapping infrastructure. The demonstration period for each pilot county is 3 years. The award standard is set according to the power utilization rate of the charging and swapping facilities in the pilot counties every year, and is divided into three grades. During the demonstration period, the pilot counties that meet the highest target each year will receive up to 45 million yuan.

2. Qingdao will have more than 150,000 charging facilities by the end of 2026
