2. Recruitment position: 2 public environmental sanitation cleaners, 1 highway management and protection.

3. Recruitment requirements

1. Employees who do not meet the requirements for public welfare positions, including but not limited to the following persons:

(1) Persons with serious incapacity to work, especially persons with disabilities who hold a valid "Certificate of Persons with Disabilities of the People's Republic of China" and have a grade of 1 or 2 (or equivalent); (3) Personnel who have received pension insurance benefits for urban workers; (4) Personnel who have been replaced by others in public welfare posts; (5) Personnel who have registered with industrial and commercial business licenses; (6) Personnel who have applied for guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship; (7) Personnel who have been engaged in public welfare posts for 3 or 5 years; (8) Personnel who have reached retirement age; (9) Personnel who do not obey management, supervision, and evaluation; (10) Other personnel who do not meet the conditions for resettlement.

2. Age Requirement:

Male: over 16 years old and under 59 years old, female: 16 years old and over 49 years old (full-time positions only), 16 years old and over 54 years old (part-time positions only).

Fourth, the recruitment conditions

1. Abide by national laws and regulations, be of good character, have a decent style, and obey management.

2. Voluntarily engage in village (community) rural public service work, bear hardships and stand hard work, and be willing to contribute.

5. Job responsibilities

1. Highway management: Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of no less than 3 kilometers of highways in the village (community), keeping the road surface and both sides free of garbage, weeds and sundries, and ensuring that the road surface is smooth and tidy.

6. Remuneration

1. Full-time public welfare positions: monthly remuneration (the monthly wage standard is not lower than the minimum monthly wage standard of our county in the current year, that is: 2,000 yuan/month), and the employer shall pay social insurance premiums.

 2. Part-time public welfare positions: part-time positions. Hourly remuneration (the hourly wage standard is not lower than the minimum hourly wage standard of our county in the current year, that is: 20 yuan/hour), and the cumulative working hours of each position shall not exceed 24 hours per week, and the cumulative monthly hours shall not exceed 42 hours (calculated based on standard working hours)

7. Time and method of application

Interested parties should go to the town social security office before 5 pm on April 17, 2024 with the original ID card to register and conduct qualification review.
