Zhong Ziqi, born in December 1956, is the first and second president of the China Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, a member of the 11th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage (Liuyang fireworks production skills), the commander-in-chief of the fireworks display site of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics, and the "most beautiful retired soldier in the country" and "the most beautiful retired soldier in Hunan" in 2022. He restructured and developed a small township factory on the verge of bankruptcy into a Chinese fireworks banner enterprise - Dongxin Fireworks, with an annual tax of 32.08 million yuan and a cumulative tax of nearly 400 million yuan. Zhang Jianhui, a native of Liuyang, Hunan, was born in October 1968 and enlisted in the army in November 1986. In March 1990, he retired from the army and returned to his hometown, and successively served as the director of Dongmen Village and the secretary of the general party branch of Shashi Town for 27 years.
