According to the public resume, Zhang Junyong, female, Han nationality, born in May 1968, from Wangkui, Heilongjiang, joined the work in August 1990, joined the party in January 1989, graduated from Liaoning University with a major in planning and statistics, a university degree, and a master's degree in economics.
Zhang Junyong worked in the Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics in the early days, and later worked in the General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee. He used to be the head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Supervision Commission in the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Suihua Municipal Party Committee, the head of the Organization Department and the first vice president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, the deputy secretary of the Suihua Municipal Party Committee, the secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and the president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee.
On March 29, 2024, the Organization Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee released a public list of cadres to be appointed, among which Zhang Junyong intends to serve as a department-level leader in a provincial institution.
