On April 15, 2024, a group of 300044 investors newly represented by Xie Baoping's lawyer team received the Notice of Litigation Costs from the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and these investors sued them in court for the losses caused by the previous violations of laws and regulations of Saiwei Intelligence, demanding compensation for their losses.
Prior to this, on August 2, 2023, Saiwei Intelligent received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" [2023] No. 7 issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau. After investigation, Saiwei Intelligence has the following illegal facts: 1. Failure to disclose related party transactions in a timely manner and failure to disclose related party transactions in periodic reports, 2. There are false records in the 2019 annual report, and 3. There are false records in the 2020 annual report. According to the third quarter report of 2023 released by Saiwei Intelligence, the company achieved a total operating income of 326 million yuan in the first three quarters of 2023, an increase of 35.71% over the same period of last year, and a net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 17.318 million yuan, an increase of 157.42% over the same period of last year.
