After receiving the police, Shi Lihai, a police officer from the Chengbei Police Station, and two colleagues quickly dealt with the police.
After Shi Lihai and his colleagues arrived at the scene, they stopped Liu Moumou, who was in a drunken state, and protected the informant and handed him over to the village cadres, relatives, neighbors and other people present to take care of him. Just as the police were about to leave, Liu Moumou suddenly took out a sharp knife from behind him and stabbed the two villagers who persuaded him to return to the house.

At present, Liu Moumou has been placed on file for investigation by the public security organs on suspicion of intentional homicide, and the case is under investigation.

Shi Lihai, who was born in 1991, has participated in more than 800 police calls and mediated more than 120 disputes since he worked at the Chengbei Police Station of the Xixiang County Public Security Bureau in 2022.

After Shi Lihai's death, his wife wrote in the circle of friends:
