On the afternoon of April 12, Xu Pu, deputy secretary of the party group and vice president of the Zhoukou Intermediate People's Court, led Chen Dong, president of the juvenile trial court, Wei Shangwei, vice president of the juvenile trial court, and others to Zhoukou Vocational High School to carry out activities to bring the law to the campus, and more than 1,000 students of the school listened to the lecture on the rule of law on the spot.

During the propaganda activity, Wei Shangwei, vice president of the juvenile case trial division of the Zhoukou Intermediate People's Court, gave a speech entitled "How to Prevent Juvenile Students from Breaking the Law and Committing Crimes", from the aspects of "learning to be patient and rejecting impulsiveness", "putting an end to the righteousness of the rivers and lakes, making good mentors and helpful friends", "being cautious about surfing the Internet, and preventing infringement". Humorous and witty language, in simple terms, explained the methods of preventing violations and crimes for students, through real cases, showing the harmfulness and serious consequences of young students breaking the law and committing crimes, and teaching everyone to have the courage to speak out, dare to stop, not to be a domineering bully, not to be a cowardly victim, and not to be an indifferent bystander.
