A high-tech design
When it comes to pickups, traditional design concepts tend to favor a tough, rugged style. However, on the basis of inheriting the design language of its predecessor RD6, Radar Horizon pays more attention to bringing a fashionable and technological visual experience.
First of all, from the perspective of the front face shape, the horizon adopts a three-section grille design, with LED headlights on both sides, and the overall exudes a strong sense of science and technology. Compared with the RD6, this model has been further optimized in details, such as the brand logo on the front grille has been enlarged and moved to the center position, which has a stronger visual impact.
In addition, the model we tested was equipped with 17-inch wheels with tires from Jia'an and a specification of 235/65 R17. This kind of modest styling, although there is not much flashy decoration, is exactly in line with the positioning of the attributes of the pickup tool.
However, I think the most eye-catching design highlight of the horizon belongs to its cargo box. Not only is it designed with lines that are in harmony with the body, but it is also very impressive, with a length, width and height of 1525/1450/540 mm, and a total volume of 1200 liters. In addition, there are also a number of slots inside the cargo box, which is convenient for users to expand the partition, which greatly improves the practicality.
It is worth mentioning that this model also has 5 external discharge interfaces, including the front trunk, both sides of the car and cargo box, with a maximum output of 21kW. Passenger interior design
For traditional pickups, the interiors are usually more practical, with little elaborate design. But Radar Horizon is different in this regard, trying to make the pickup a passenger product that is more focused on the driving experience.
The first is the change in the use of materials. Compared with traditional pickup trucks based on hard plastic and rough fabrics, the Horizon uses a large number of soft materials, such as leather and metal trims, to greatly enhance the texture of the interior. At the same time, it is also equipped with 72 colors of ambient lighting that flows with the light, as well as a 51-inch panoramic sunroof, creating a luxurious atmosphere full of technology.
Looking at the central control area, the horizon is equipped with a 14.6-inch large-size floating central control screen, which not only has outstanding visual effects, but also has excellent system running speed and interactive experience. It is equipped with Geely's Galaxy OS intelligent network system, which provides a variety of functions such as navigation, music, and voice control to meet the various needs of users.
As a multi-functional model for work and life, the Horizon has also put a lot of effort into seat comfort. The front front passenger seats are electrically adjustable and equipped with heating and ventilation functions, which can bring passengers a great riding experience whether it is hot or cold.

Excellent off-road performance and full "water depth"
As we've already seen, the Radar Horizon performs well in both exterior and interior design. But for a pickup truck model, its core charm is definitely its performance. At this point, the horizon didn't disappoint us either.
First of all, the power part, this model adopts a permanent magnet synchronous dual-motor drive system, with a peak power of 115kW and 200kW for the front and rear motors, respectively, and a total power of 315kW. At the same time, the maximum torque is 594 Nm, which means that it delivers a very good power performance.
During our test drive, the horizon did show great acceleration. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is only 4.5 seconds, which is already close to the level of many performance cars. At high speeds, the vehicle is also very calm, with a top speed of 190km/h, which can fully meet the needs of daily high-speed driving.
