Intermediate Certificate
Let's start by sorting out the certifications you must obtain as a doctor: the Physician Qualification Certificate and the Health Qualification Certificate.
Physician qualifications are divided into two levels and four categories, the two levels are practicing assistant physicians and practicing physicians, and the four categories refer to clinical, stomatology, public health and traditional Chinese medicine (including integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and ethnic medicine);
Among them, the promotion trajectory of physicians is as follows: Physician (Junior), → Physician (Junior), → Attending Physician (Intermediate), → Deputy Chief Physician (Associate High), → Chief Physician (Zhenggao), Practicing Assistant Physician can be hired as a Doctor, Licensed Physician can be hired as a Physician, and Practicing Assistant Physician does not have the right to prescribe and needs to practice under the guidance of a physician.

Certificate of Training
Through the full name of regular training, graduates can grow rapidly in the process of department rotation, so as to quickly learn the work content of residents and adapt to the working environment of the hospital.
In recent years, more and more provinces and regions have issued documents that clearly stipulate that for doctors with a bachelor's degree or above who graduated in 20XX and later to sign up for the intermediate qualification examination for promotion, they must obtain the "Certificate of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors"; And such a request is predicted that other provinces will gradually follow suit.
For medical students who graduated before 20XX, although they did not see the "mandatory" policy, it is understood that hospitals will be more inclined to doctors who have obtained regular training certificates in the promotion process, and the promotion channel of doctors who have not participated in regular training will inevitably narrow.
Graduate students who take the professional degree can participate in regular training, but it does not mean that only the option of postgraduate entrance examination can have the opportunity to participate in regular training. In addition to postgraduate training, there is no problem with these two pathways:
1. After graduation, if you have found a job unit, you can be sent to the training by the work unit, which is called "unit plan trainee";
2. If you are not employed after graduation and apply for the hospital training examination independently, you are called "social planning trainee".
Doctor is a profession that requires lifelong learning and continuous improvement, and the original intention of regular training is also to better train a doctor. After studying in a more sophisticated hospital, you may have a smoother career after returning to your original unit with new technologies, new knowledge, and new ideas.
Licensed Pharmacist Certificate
Let's first take a look at the specific requirements for practicing pharmacists to apply for the exam:
1. Secondary school education is no longer allowed to apply for the examination;
2. Obtain a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 4 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 2 years (plus 1 year for related majors, for example, candidates for traditional Chinese medicine practice need to add 1 year for 3 years);
4. Obtain a second bachelor's degree, graduate class or master's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for at least 1 year;
5. Obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, with no working experience requirements;
6. For those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine related majors, the number of years of working in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine will be increased by 1 year.
The deadline for calculating the working years of the licensed pharmacist examination is the end of the year in which the applicant is registered, and candidates who meet the requirements of the number of years before December 31 of the year of application can register. If the non-pharmacy and non-traditional Chinese medicine working hours of the candidates are not counted as the working years of professional positions according to the strict registration conditions, that is, the time spent in clinical work cannot be included in the calculation scope.
It is recommended that you clarify the above application requirements before deciding whether to apply for the exam. So far, many places have announced the requirements for the post-examination review of the licensed pharmacist certificate, and if the review is not passed, the examination results will be cancelled even if the examination is passed, and the certificate will not be issued. In addition, there is a trend of becoming more and more stringent in the supervision of licensed licenses, and even individual places are no longer allowed to hang licenses, and the market demand for licensed pharmacist certificates has been basically saturated, and the input-output ratio will be lower than a few years ago. Therefore, at least based on the risk of hanging the certificate and the value of the certificate, we still need to consider it again.
Rehabilitation Therapist Certificate
Different from traditional Chinese medicine massage, the rehabilitation medicine treatment technology examination is mainly based on modern rehabilitation technology, which is basically related to Western medicine clinically, and the clinical application is also based on modern rehabilitation, not the so-called acupuncture and massage methods. If you become an acupuncture and massage physician, you will not take the rehabilitation therapist certificate, but the Chinese medicine practitioner certificate.
Different from the medical practitioner certificate, the rehabilitation certificate is a technical certificate, and the recruitment is also based on the technician talent, while the medical certificate is a practice certificate, and the recruitment is based on the medical doctor's talent. So theoretically, these two certificates are not in conflict.
If you are a doctor engaged in rehabilitation-related departments, such as acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, orthopedics, etc., it is recommended that you take a rehabilitation specialist certificate, and some hospitals will increase the bonus coefficient or have a corresponding wage subsidy policy. Even if there is no subsidy, it will be of great help to give medical advice or reasonable advice to patients during the rehabilitation process.
