1. Recruitment positions and management methods

1. It is planned to recruit 8 clerks under the employment system, and the position and age requirements are shown in the figure.

2. The recruited positions are hired clerks, and the hired personnel shall be managed by the recruiting court in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China.

Second, the recruitment object and conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and abide by the law;

3. College degree or above from National Education University

4. Computer shorthand skills reach 100 words/minute, with an accuracy rate of more than 95%;

5. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

6. Failure to sign the "Labor Contract for Clerks Employed by Jiangsu Courts" with courts at all levels in Jiangsu.

3. Applicants must not apply for the employment system clerk

1. Those who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes;

2. Those who have been dismissed from public office;

3. Suspected violations of law or discipline are under review and no conclusion has yet been made;

4. They are not suitable to work in the people's courts for other reasons.

Fourth, remuneration

1. The salary of the clerk under the employment system shall be calculated by combining basic salary, performance salary, post allowance and seniority salary. The basic salary shall not be less than 1.2 times of the local minimum wage income standard announced by the human resources and social security departments; the performance salary shall be based on the assessment, and the assessment shall be floating, and the assessment shall not be less than 50% of the basic salary for those who pass the assessment, not less than 60% of the basic salary for those who are well appraised, and not less than 65% of the basic salary for those who are excellent; the level of clerk positions shall be determined according to the working years of the court and the professional level of the clerks, and shall be enjoyed by the junior, intermediate, and senior clerks respectively not less than 300 yuan/month and 700 yuan/month. 1200 yuan/month post allowance. The specific criteria are determined within the scope of the above.

2. Hired clerks are entitled to marriage and funeral leave, maternity leave, parental leave, parental leave, parental care leave, paid leave and social insurance during the contract period.

5. Registration

1. Registration method: Log in to the online registration system (registration website: https://sjyzp.jsfy.gov.cn/login/login.html), fill in personal information and upload electronic pictures according to the requirements of the registration system. Each applicant can only apply for one position.

2. Registration time: from 8 a.m. on April 12, 2024 to 8 a.m. on April 22, 2024.

3. Precautions for registration: Applicants should truthfully fill in the basic information such as name, gender, ID number, graduation institution and major, family members and main social relations, and upload the graduation certificate, degree certificate, front and back of their ID card (the front of the ID card is the national emblem) and so on according to the requirements of the registration system. Those who lack information will be rejected and will be re-reported. After the registration is completed, candidates should pay attention to the review situation and keep their mobile phones unblocked, so as to avoid missing information and need to fill in and review again.

4. Qualification review: From April 23 to May 6, 2024, the qualification review of registration conditions and shorthand skills will be carried out for applicants.

6. Examinations

1. The examination is scheduled to be held in mid-to-late May 2024, and the specific arrangements such as the time and place of the examination will be notified separately.

2. The examination is divided into professional theory test, clerk skills test and interview, accounting for 40%, 30% and 30% of the total score respectively.

3. The professional theory examination mainly examines the candidates' legal knowledge and writing ability, and does not specify reference books; the examination adopts a closed-book method, implements a 100-point system, and those with a score of 60 points and above are qualified; the clerk skills test is a computer text shorthand test, and the shorthand method is not limited (please bring your own professional shorthand tools), the form of the shorthand test is listening, and the candidates need to listen to and type two recordings on the spot, each paragraph is 10 minutes long, and the speed of speech is 100 words/minute and 140 words respectively/ minutes, scored based on recording speed and accuracy.

4. After the written test and the computer shorthand skills test, the interviewers will be determined according to the test results, and the recruiting court will organize the interview. The ratio of the number of participants in the interview to the number of people in the recruitment plan is controlled within 3:1.

5. The original ID card, academic certificate and other materials should be brought to the interview, and the time and place will be notified separately.

7. Physical examination and inspection

1. According to the results of the examination and interview, determine the personnel who participate in the physical examination and organize the physical examination, and those who fail to pass the physical examination will not be hired;

2. Inspect the personnel who have passed the physical examination, and the content of the inspection mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and compliance with the law and discipline of the candidates.

8. Publicity and recruitment

1. According to the results of the examination, physical examination and inspection, the personnel to be hired will be determined on the basis of merit, and publicized on the official website of the court for 5 days, and will be supervised by the society and candidates.

2. If there is any objection to the object of publicity, it should be reported in real name, reflect the problem realistically, and provide necessary investigation clues. If the problems reflected in the announcement affect the employment, it will not be hired after investigation and found to be true. If it is difficult to find out the problems reported for the time being, the employment may be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire may be made after the investigation is clarified.

3. At the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem reflected does not affect the employment, the labor contract shall be signed with the personnel to be hired in accordance with the law. The term of the first signing of the employment contract is generally 3 years, and the probation period is 6 months. After the expiration of the probationary period, those who pass the examination and meet the standards of junior clerks of Jiangsu courts shall be hired as clerks under the employment system; After the expiration of the contract, the two parties can renew the labor contract.

9. Replacement and adjustment of recruitment

1. Candidates who have the qualifications to participate in the interview but are not admitted will retain their interview qualifications for one year and can be supplemented as needed in a timely manner.

2. Candidates who have the interview qualifications but have not been admitted by the court can apply to the court that is not fully recruited for adjustment, and after being approved by the provincial court, they can participate in the interview of the court after the adjustment.
