Focusing on the themes of "The 10th Anniversary of the Overall National Security Concept and Innovation Leadership" and "Preventing Telecom Network Fraud and Promoting High-quality Development", the event focused on the major achievements made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in taking national security as the top priority, coordinating the "two overall situations", and safeguarding the national security of the mainland.
