"Young People in the Village" is an interdisciplinary team formed by Li Qian, a student majoring in artificial intelligence at Shanghai Zhongqiao Polytechnic University, and a student entrepreneurship team dedicated to relying on e-commerce live broadcast to help rural revitalization. The team mainly combines the development trend of the network to give agricultural products richer sales channels, teaches farmers to learn "new agricultural tools" and "new teaching tools", and helps brand upgrading, so as to help agricultural products go out of the local area, promote the sustainable development of rural economy, and plug in the wings of new quality productivity for rural revitalization.
Initial Emergence,竭力帮扶
Back to 3 years ago, the Jinshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and "Young People Came to the Village" had already been connected. In 2021, one of the small teams under the "Young People in the Village" team, "Vocational Education New Farmers", participated in the series of activities of "Hundreds of Battles and Rural Prosperity - Unlocking the Folk Entrepreneurship Scripture", and the team representative Zhang Lizhi shared his experience of exploring the homestay as a student representative. In June 2022, the project team conducted a six-month pairing with some experts from the Jinshan Branch of the Shanghai Entrepreneurship Guidance Expert Volunteer Group, and helped the project to improve and land step by step through online simulated project roadshow defense, offline entrepreneurship salon, offline consultation and other forms. Subsequently, the Jinshan District Human Resources and Social Security Department also invited team members to Chongming to participate in the "Star Homestay + New Agriculture" entrepreneurship exchange activity, so that they could go out of Jinshan, broaden their horizons, and see the development of homestays and agriculture in Jinshan and Chongming, so as to better serve farmers.
Rapid growth and feedback to the society
With the early stage of "Vocational Education New Farmers", "Young People from the Village" quickly entered the industry by virtue of the professional advantages of e-commerce live broadcast, and let the youth force gradually become the "new force" of rural revitalization. In March 2023, the "Young People in the Village" team participated in the first phase of the second season of "Heartwarming Entrepreneurship Park" hosted by the Jinshan District Employment Promotion Center with entrepreneurial projects, discussing e-commerce operation experience with entrepreneurial experts on the spot, and exploring new ideas for e-commerce development with entrepreneurs. In July of the same year, the team signed a new seedling pairing agreement with entrepreneurship guidance experts Ji Min, Wang Fang and others to carry out a one-year entrepreneurship assistance and guidance. In October, at the finals of the "Ding Yixing Cup" Yangtze River Delta College Student Entrepreneurship Competition, the team, as a representative of the outstanding entrepreneurial team of Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, brought a wonderful on-site project roadshow. In 2023, the project also won the Shanghai Silver Award at the 8th China International College Student Innovation Competition (formerly the Internet+ Competition). Through a series of assistance and guidance from entrepreneurial experts and the team's own efforts, they continue to make breakthroughs in the field of e-commerce.
Up to now, the team has cooperated with 27 villages in 6 provinces and trained 12 anchors, with a total of nearly 200 anchors, teaching skills such as e-commerce live broadcast and agent agricultural product operation. By the end of 2023, the team has trained a total of 32 anchors, taught live broadcasts to more than 200 farmers in the Yangtze River Delta, taught live broadcast experience to more than 100 cooperatives and cultural and tourism departments, and helped build 17 agricultural product brands, so that more farmers can learn to use "new farm tools" and learn to do "new farm work". In addition, the team is gradually refining its own project framework while continuously imparting professional skills to the students around them. At present, the team has taught media development to more than 10,000 students of Zhongqiao University of Technology in Shanghai, activated the school's talent pool, and gradually pushed the new business format of integration of industry and education, new development of application innovation, new methods of communication and promotion, and new measures for common prosperity in rural areas to a new height.
Form a joint force to encourage rural innovation
"Young People in the Village" not only brought vitality to Jinshan's rural economy, but also attracted young people to a completely different track. In 2022, the "Jixianju" fresh-keeping box project was born at the college guidance station of Zhongqiao Polytechnic University in Shanghai, and its project leader, Lu Ruoxuan, who is also one of the team members of "Young People in the Village", reached a cooperation with Zuo Jinlian, an entrepreneurship guidance expert in Shanghai, to reach a cooperation with Zuo Jinlian, an entrepreneurship guidance expert in Shanghai, to launch the fresh-keeping box project in the future, adding a guarantee to the transportation of fruit farmers. In order to maintain the achievements of entrepreneurship and innovation, Zhu Fanxin, an expert in entrepreneurship guidance in Shanghai, paired up with the "Jixianju" fresh-keeping box project.
As the director of the college entrepreneurship guidance station, Zhu Fanxin has been concerned about supporting the development of the project since the establishment of the project, and actively connecting with other experts in the group to empower social resources. In addition, in September 2023, Lu Ruoxuan participated in the first GYB (Entrepreneurship Awareness Stimulation) training course of the 2023 Shanghai Entrepreneurship Training "Ma Lanhua Plan" Jinshan to systematically learn entrepreneurial professional knowledge and activate entrepreneurial thinking. He performed well in the training course and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Student". In March 2024, he continued to participate in the first SYB (Entrepreneurship Preparation) training course of Jinshan of the Shanghai Entrepreneurship Training "Ma Lanhua Plan" to further systematically carry out entrepreneurship learning and make continuous efforts for the implementation of the project.
Build a nest to attract phoenixes and improve services
The Jinshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the college guidance station and the enterprise have formed a joint force to build a variety of platforms for entrepreneurs to communicate, learn and display through the entrepreneurship and innovation competition, the "Ma Lanhua Plan" of Shanghai entrepreneurship training, and the series of entrepreneurial activities of "Heartwarming Entrepreneurship Park", so as to transport and integrate all kinds of entrepreneurial resources and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere for entrepreneurs. Up to now, more than 50 lectures on various entrepreneurship services have been carried out by entrepreneurship guidance experts in Zhongqiao, with more than 10,000 students participating. In recent years, in the Jinshan District Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, 125 student projects have been recommended by the college entrepreneurship guidance station. In the 2022-2023 evaluation of the service effectiveness of the Entrepreneurship Guidance Station of Shanghai Colleges and Universities, the Entrepreneurship Guidance Station of Zhongqiao Polytechnic University won the A grade.
In 2023, a total of 173 start-up enterprises and teams will be incubated in the agriculture-related entrepreneurship incubation demonstration bases, providing more than 700 jobs, and more than 10 entrepreneurial activities will be carried out in combination with the characteristics of the town, the integration of Han cultural elements, fishery cultural elements, etc.
In the future, the Jinshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will continue to vigorously support characteristic entrepreneurial projects that are highly compatible with the development of Jinshan region, such as agricultural innovation and rural innovation, so as to provide fresh blood for the transformation and development of Jinshan rural revitalization, and inject more advanced productivity qualities in line with the new development concept into the great article of rural revitalization.
