Afterwards, I felt that the criticism was a bit heavy, so I told Lao Zhao about it. Lao Zhao said that the battalion leader had talked to him about this and wanted Lao Zhao to explain it to me. Lao Zhao said that there is nothing to explain, and the political commissar is right to criticize it. I said that I was a little anxious at the time, and Lao Zhao said that the drum should be louder. Another time, I went to the division headquarters to run errands, and I originally planned to go in the morning and rush back before lunch. But the car suddenly broke down in Baoding City, and I couldn't go back. Because there was also a political union in the afternoon, I called Lao Zhao, and Lao Zhao immediately said that he would participate in the political union on my behalf in the afternoon. That year, the regiment was stationed in Zhurihe for training, and because there were many subjects and the troops were scattered, we each took a group to be responsible for organizing the training of the troops, and successfully completed the training task.

Miao Xiaoping, who joined the army in March 1969, successively served as the commander of the 9th Company and 3rd Platoon of the 3rd Battalion of the 340th Regiment of the 114th Division of the former 38th Army, the deputy instructor of the 3rd Machine Gun Company, and the officer of the Propaganda Unit, the head of the Propaganda Unit of the 114th Division Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment, the director of the Propaganda Department of the Political Department of the 38th Army, the director of the 113th Division Anti-aircraft Artillery Regiment, and the political commissar of the tank regiment.
He is the secretary of the Political Department of the Academy of Military Sciences, the political assistant of the Strategic Research Department, the researcher of the full division, and the deputy director of the Political Department of the 40 th Group Army. In 1990, he was awarded three third-class meritorious services and six commendations, and in 1990, he was appraised by the General Political Department as an outstanding political instructor in the whole army. From September 1972 to July 1975, he studied at the Department of Chinese of Hebei University; from September 1981 to July 1983, he studied at Shijiazhuang Senior Infantry School; from February 1998 to January 2000, he studied in the 14th Division and Regiment Class of National Defense University; and in 2005, he studied at the Central Party School.
