It is reported that the cause of the case is that the immigration bureau previously received information from the foreign affairs department of the National Police General Administration, after some people went to the Kunlun District Police Station in Bangkok to report that a South Korean tenant stole the TV set in the rental house to resell, and escaped by climbing the wall after being discovered. After investigation, it was found that the South Korean man had been stranded in Thailand for 4,004 days and was currently living in a hotel in Sukhumvit Lane.

After further investigation, it was found that Li had committed the crime of cross-border drug transportation in South Korea, and transported 500 grams of drugs to South Korea in the form of express packages, which belonged to the South Korean danger list, and was also issued a red arrest warrant by Interpol.
