The whole process of enrollment of private compulsory education schools is managed through the Foshan private compulsory education school enrollment information management and data sharing platform (hereinafter referred to as the "private enrollment platform"), and all kinds of enrollment objects must register on the private enrollment platform and pass the qualification review.
If the number of applicants exceeds the number of enrollment plans, the computer random lottery will be implemented, and the Chancheng District Education Bureau will organize and carry out the admission according to the unified process at the same time, so as to achieve fairness, justice and openness. The computer random lottery implements "double random", and the registration objects are randomly sorted and then randomly drawn. If the applicant is a twin (multiple) child, if you intend to enroll in the same private school, after passing the review, you will use the same lottery number for computer lottery, and all of them will be admitted if you win the lottery, and you will not be admitted if you do not win the lottery. Those who have been admitted, including those who have given up their registration, will not be admitted to other private schools.
Enrollment target
School-age children and teenagers or their parents (including other legal guardians, the same below) who meet one of the following conditions may apply to apply for admission to private compulsory education schools in our district.
▲The first category: with household registration in Chancheng District.
▲The second category: hold a valid residence permit in Chancheng District (including residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents).
▲The third category: primary school graduates with Chancheng District school status (only students apply for junior high school).
▲The fourth category: overseas Chinese and foreign nationals living in Chancheng District.
▲Category 5: all kinds of preferential treatment objects (see Annex 1 for details).

▲Category 6: Do not meet the above conditions, but have proof of work or residence in Chancheng District, such as social security, tax payment, real estate, etc. (Such objects also need to register on the private enrollment platform, and after passing the qualification review, they cannot fill in the volunteers, and can only participate in the supplement)
Enrollment Method:
According to the conditions of the applicants, general enrollment, direct enrollment, on-campus direct promotion and supplementary enrollment will be implemented by classification.
1. General enrollment
Ordinary enrollment will be implemented for the first to fourth categories of enrollment.
Two direct moves
Eligible Category 5 preferential treatment subjects will be directly admitted.
3. Direct promotion within the school
For eligible consistent schools, fresh graduates who voluntarily choose to enroll in the junior high school of the school and have a complete student status in the primary school of the school for six consecutive years will be given priority for direct admission. Among them, the newly established or merged schools after March 31, 2021 (exclusive) will only have the qualification for direct admission to the school when the first-grade students who are enrolled in the private enrollment platform graduate from the school.
In order to ensure the orderly convergence of policies, students who are enrolled in a consistent school established or changed before March 31, 2021 (inclusive) and who have been enrolled in the school before this date will be eligible for direct admission to the school when they graduate.
Fourth, supplementation
For those who have passed the qualification review and have not been admitted to any school, they will be supplemented. The sixth category of enrollment targets can only participate in the supplementary registration.
Admissions Process

Parents can log in to the private enrollment platform
(URL https://mbzs.edu.foshan.gov.cn) Fill in the relevant information according to the prompts to complete the online registration.
(1) School-age children and teenagers register on the private enrollment platform, and choose Chancheng District as the district to which they belong according to the conditions met by themselves or their parents, and register in a unique capacity. If you meet the registration requirements of multiple districts at the same time, you can only select one of the districts as the district to which you register.
(2) Twin (multiple) twins, siblings and school-age children and teenagers who intend to enroll in the same school shall fill in the relevant information of "Elder and Young Follow-up" at the same time when registering. The younger siblings should meet the registration requirements of the district to which the elder sibling school belongs, and the district to which the elder sibling school belongs as the district to which the registration belongs.
2. Qualification review
▲The District Education Bureau and each town (street) will conduct a qualification review for the registration objects in Chancheng District as the registration district, and the qualification review results of the direct recruitment and on-campus direct promotion objects shall be publicized to the public for no less than 3 days.
▲ Applicants should log in to the private enrollment platform in time to check the results of the qualification review. Those who fail to pass the qualification review, or apply for direct enrollment but are not admitted, can modify the registration information within the specified time.
▲Primary school graduates who meet the conditions for direct admission in the school should check whether they have been marked as having the qualification for direct promotion in the school when inquiring about the qualification review results, and if the information is incorrect, they should contact the school for correction within the specified time.
3. Fill in the volunteers
▲ The direct recruitment object should fill in the volunteer together when registering, among which the policy direct recruitment object and the talent direct recruitment object should fill in the volunteers of 2-3 schools in the district to which they belong, and the agreement direct recruitment object should fill in the agreement school as the only volunteer. (See Appendix 1 for the explanation of the policy direct recruitment object and talent direct recruitment object, and see the explanation of the agreement direct recruitment object in detail in Annex 2)

▲ On-campus direct promotion and general enrollment targets should fill in their preferences after passing the qualification review. Applicants for on-campus direct admission can choose to apply for direct admission to their own school and no more than 2 schools in their district in order according to their enrollment wishes. Ordinary enrollment targets can choose to apply for no more than 2 schools in the district in order according to their enrollment intentions.
▲If the younger siblings intend to enroll in the same school as their older siblings, they must fill in the school where the older siblings are located as their first choice. Among them, the school where the elder sibling is located is a consistent school, and the younger sibling has the qualification for direct admission to the school, and must fill in the school as a direct admission to the school. Those who fail to fill in the volunteers in accordance with the above requirements are not included in the scope of priority for siblings.
The four batches of admission are admitted in batches according to direct enrollment, on-campus direct promotion, and general enrollment, and the applicants will not participate in the remaining batches of admissions after being admitted, and the school will not conduct the remaining batches of admissions after the current batch completes all the enrollment plans.
The first batch: direct admission. The district education bureau and the towns (streets) will make overall arrangements for schools according to the principle of proximity and convenience. Among them, if the number of applicants for direct recruitment of talents exceeds the preset enrollment plan, the admission will be made by means of overall planning and allocation.
The second batch: on-campus direct admission. If the number of applicants does not exceed the number of enrollment plans, direct admission will be implemented, and if the number of applicants exceeds the number of enrollment plans, computer random lottery will be implemented.
The third batch: general enrollment admission. Applicants who are admitted to the first and second choices will be automatically invalidated and will no longer participate in the admission of the second choice. If the number of applicants for the same volunteer does not exceed the number of enrollment plans, direct admission will be implemented, and if the number of applicants for the same choice exceeds the number of enrollment plans, computer random lottery will be implemented.
5. Unified registration
The admitted applicants shall register with the school at the specified time, and each school shall go through the registration procedures on the private enrollment platform.
6. Supplements
After the unified registration, the district education bureau and each town (street) will publish the list of schools that have not completed the enrollment plan, and the schools that have not completed the enrollment plan will be supplemented in order according to the order of brothers and sisters, within the district, and outside the city. Applicants who have passed the qualification review and have not been admitted to any school should contact the school to make up the record.
Under the premise of not exceeding the plan, the school must give priority to the supplementary enrollment of eligible siblings, and the private enrollment platform will automatically re-enroll the younger siblings who meet the conditions and have not been admitted to any school to the school where the elder siblings are located.
Priority should be given to the children of migrants in the town (street) where the public school is unable to meet the quota and the students living within the service radius of the school. When the school with the qualification of direct admission to the school makes up the admission, priority should be given to the primary school graduates who have applied for the direct admission of the school but have not been admitted.
Chinese schools outside Foshan that are established with the approval of the Municipal Education Bureau and cannot complete the enrollment plan in the district may be appropriately supplemented for the outside of the city after being reviewed and approved by the District Education Bureau and reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval. Other private schools in Chancheng District cannot be registered in and out of the city.

Job Requirements:
(1) Strict enrollment plan management. The district education bureau and each town (street) shall scientifically approve the scale of each school and the enrollment plan for the current year according to the school's operating conditions, class standards, and the supply and demand of school places, combined with the needs of the structural adjustment of citizen-run compulsory education, of which the direct recruitment plan of each school shall not exceed 5% of the enrollment plan. The school shall strictly control the scale of running the school, strictly implement the approved enrollment plan, and shall not exceed the scale, plan or scope of enrollment for any reason or in any form, shall not conceal the enrollment plan, and shall not enroll students in the middle of the course by expanding classes or increasing the number of classes after normal enrollment.
(2) Strictly enforce enrollment discipline. The district education bureau and each town (street) review the student status according to the registration list of the private enrollment platform, and effectively ensure that the enrollment registration list, student status, and actual school are consistent.
1. The school shall strictly implement the relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Ten Strict Prohibitions", and shall not use examination results, competition results, honorary certificates, etc. as the basis for enrollment, and shall not use various means and names to enroll students in advance, "pinch" or disguised "pinching" enrollment.
2. The school shall not admit students who have been admitted to other private schools for the second time, shall not make up the enrollment of students who have given up registration after being admitted, and shall not refuse to accept students who have confirmed their admission qualifications and registered within the specified time.
3. The school shall implement supplementary registration in accordance with the batch, scope, and rules stipulated by the district education administrative department, and shall synchronize the results of offline registration to the private enrollment platform in a timely manner, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the platform to implement supplementary recording.
(3) Strengthen the pursuit of responsibility for violations. Set up a complaint consultation hotline 0757-12345, take the initiative to accept social supervision, and promptly correct and seriously investigate and deal with all kinds of violations of rules and disciplines in enrollment. For units, schools, and individuals that have caused a negative impact or serious consequences, they should be given interviews in accordance with their authority and relevant regulations, and depending on the severity of the circumstances, they should be given interviews, the relevant personnel should be held accountable, the enrollment plan should be reduced, and the qualifications for cross-district enrollment should be cancelled, and at the same time they should be ordered to return the students who did not meet the enrollment requirements, and the principal responsible persons of the units and schools should be strictly held accountable.
(4) Truly do a good job of information disclosure. In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on <义务教育领域基层政务公开标准指引>Printing and Distribution", implement the information disclosure system. The district education bureau and the towns (streets) should timely, actively, accurately, and comprehensively do a good job in the core policies of enrollment and enrollment, and the policy publicity and clarification work of the masses, and announce the enrollment work plan of private schools in the district (including enrollment plans, direct enrollment rules, list of direct admission schools, consultation telephone and other information) before registration, and publicize the list of eligible objects for direct enrollment before direct admission. All schools should seek truth from facts to carry out enrollment publicity, and shall not mislead the public through exaggeration, false publicity, hype promotion rate and other methods, implement sunshine enrollment, accept social supervision, publish the enrollment brochure approved by the district education bureau or each town (street) before registration, and publicize the list of students who meet the school's direct promotion qualifications as required.
