Recently, Baoxiu Town has carried out special law enforcement inspections on the protection of minors in key industry venues.
The inspection team has adopted various forms such as day, night, and surprise inspections to inspect key industry venues such as KTVs, billiard halls, Internet cafes, bars, and hotels in the jurisdiction, severely cracking down on all kinds of illegal acts that infringe on the rights and interests of minors, and truly building a "protective wall" for minors.
In the course of the inspection, the contents of the "Business Permit" and business license were inspected in detail, focusing on whether to post signs prohibiting minors from entering, whether there were illegal acceptance of minors, whether there were violations of laws and regulations such as selling tobacco and alcohol to minors, and at the same time carried out publicity on laws and regulations such as "preventing juvenile crime" and "eliminating pornography and cracking down on illegal publications", strengthening operators' awareness of law-abiding and protection of minors, and standardizing the order and behavior of entertainment venues.
In this operation, a total of 9 key industry establishments were inspected to further standardize the business order, enhance the sense of responsibility of the person in charge, and enhance the safety awareness of operators in implementing the protection of minors.
