About some toll stations of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway

Notice of traffic restriction measures
According to the pavement maintenance construction plan of the Xinnan section of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, it is planned to carry out special maintenance construction on part of the pavement of the Xinnan section of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway. In order to ensure the safety and smooth flow of the expressway, according to Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, traffic control will be adopted on some sections of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway during the construction period. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: in accordance with the pavement maintenance construction plan of the Nanyang to Dengzhou section of the Erguang Expressway, Nanyang Expressway Co., Ltd. will carry out maintenance construction on the pavement of the Erguang Expressway. In order to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the expressway, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, traffic control will be implemented on some sections of the Erguang Expressway during the construction period. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: In accordance with the reply of Henan Provincial Department of Transportation Yu Jiao Jian Guan Xu [2023] No. 57, from October 17, 2023 to January 31, 2024, the Fangcheng to Tanghe section of Jiaotang Expressway and the intersection of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway Wangzhuang Hub will be under construction. In order to ensure the traffic safety of the expressway, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it will be reported to the Provincial Public Security Department for the record, and the construction section will be closed in stages to close some lanes and limit the speed of traffic restrictions. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
According to the 2024 special project construction plan, it is planned to carry out disease treatment, milling and paving on some toll stations and service area ramps in the Wanping section of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway. In order to ensure the traffic safety of the expressway, in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and with the consent of the Provincial Public Security Department High-speed Corps, during the construction period, some toll stations and service area ramps will be closed in different sections and time periods, and traffic restrictions will be taken to detour and divert vehicles. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Toll station ramps
From 5 a.m. on April 16, 2024 to 24 a.m. on April 19, 2024, the up and down ramps of the Neixiang Toll Station and Xixia Toll Station of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. on April 20, 2024 to 24 a.m. on April 23, 2024, the up and down ramps of Chaopi Toll Station and Xiping Toll Station of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. on April 21 to 24 a.m. on April 24, 2024, the up and down ramps of the Danshui toll station of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. on April 25, 2024 to 24 a.m. on April 28, 2024, the up and down ramps of the Zhenping Toll Station and Dinghe Toll Station of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. on May 8, 2024 to 24 a.m. on May 13, 2024, the up and down ramps at the Wolong toll station of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway and the up and down ramps in the square outside the station will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
Second, the service area ramp
From 5 a.m. to 24 a.m. on April 20, 2024, the southern half of the ramp in the Xixia service area of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. to 24 a.m. on April 24, 2024, the southern half of the Zhenping Service Area and the southern half of the Chongyang Service Area of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
From 5 a.m. to 24 a.m. on April 25, 2024, the northern half of the ramp in the Xixia service area of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited.
From 5 a.m. to 24 a.m. on April 29, 2024, the northern half of the Zhenping service area and the northern half of the Chongyang service area of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway will be closed for construction, and vehicles will be prohibited from passing.
The above construction period will be postponed under special circumstances such as rainfall.
During the closure of the ramps of the above-mentioned toll stations and service areas, vehicles should choose other nearby toll stations and service areas to detour and rest. Please strictly follow the instructions of traffic signs and markings and the instructions of Baotong personnel to guide the passage, and choose a reasonable travel route.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
From 0:00 on April 16, 2024 to 24:00 on June 30, 2024, the southern half of Qihe Bridge (K1277+190) in the Wanping section of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway (in the direction of Xi'an to Shanghai) will be closed for construction. The maximum speed of a vehicle on a single-width two-way road section shall not exceed 60 km/h.
