Recently, our company found that some criminals fraudulently used the name of our subsidiary "Jiangsu Xinglixing Construction and Development Co., Ltd." to use the "Lixingbao" APP to carry out investment fraud, which seriously infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of our company, and also brought potential risks to the general public. In this regard, our company has launched a self-examination and self-evidence, reported the case to the public security organs, and made the following solemn statement:
1. Jiangsu Xinglixing Construction and Development Co., Ltd., which is 100% controlled by Jiangsu Zhongxing Industrial Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned enterprise, has not carried out any "Lixingbao" APP-related business and has not released any "Lixingbao" APP-related promotional videos.
2. The seals used by our company and its subsidiaries are all seals filed in the public security system, and no unit or individual has ever been authorized to privately engrave or forge seals, nor has any unit or individual been allowed to use forged seals to carry out any activities.
3. Our company will not recognize all the behaviors carried out by any unit or individual who fraudulently use the company's name or use forged seals, and reserves the right to pursue its legal responsibility. At the same time, our company also calls on the general public to be vigilant and pay attention to distinguishing the authenticity from the fake, so as not to be deceived. The general public is welcome to actively provide clues to help expose and combat such illegal and criminal acts.
