Design Description: Jijia Jiangyu is a real estate-based company, the boss has a fashionable vision after 85, the overall company is the main color of yellow, and the company's theme color wants to match, the use of gray with yellow to enhance the height of the whole space, the black metal edge reflects the overall sense of detail, and the overall shape of the LOGO card seat is a display of the space outside. The aluminium square runs through the public corridor area of the entire space, giving people a sense of movement in the space. The overall theme uses the elements of the house to intersperse the entire space, and fully embodies the attributes of the company itself in the office space. The overall yellow color runs through the entire office space, and is expressed in the hexahedron of each space in different ways, and each space is designed as a complete hexahedron, which is to reflect the theme of Jijia Apartment, the customer's "housing".
Lighting application: the intelligent office moved into this project, the use of "somatosensory lighting technology", to achieve the lighting effect of the whole space, the lighting is measured by the overall illumination, the use of intelligent modules to set it to: off filling, 30%, 50%, 70% and full state, when the main space no people move around during the day, the light enters the closed state, and so on before someone passes, according to the infrared induction reserved in the sky, the human body is sensed to feel heat, and the light is turned on 30%-50% Gradually brighten, the light gradually dims from 50%-30% until it turns off when the person walks away. The bedroom and study form a step-type sense of hierarchy, independent office space, can meet the white-collar work space, love life of the post-80s will certainly not lack an independent two-person world life, a small living room, independent children's room makes the space have its own privacy. The independent open kitchen and the independent wardrobe at the entrance to meet the petty bourgeois life make the functionality more abundant. The model room is separated by glass partitions to better display the usability of each space.
Poltton Boutique Hotel in Wuhan
Design Description: This project is a boutique hotel project under the Poltton Hotel brand, creating a convenient boutique hotel, which is higher than the design quality of the express hotel, and creating a sense of luxury in the simple style. The hotel has 6 floors, 26 rooms on the first floor, a total of 156 rooms, because the hotel design quality is a boutique hotel, so there are no high-end suites, family rooms and other room types, only double bed rooms and double bed rooms. Using modern techniques, it is displayed in the lobby, and the horizontal and vertical lines express the vertical height and spatial distinction of the space. The light luxury gray + dark wood veneer + top line sense of the ceiling shape makes the ground, wall and ceiling space more layered. The part of the restaurant is not only a restaurant, but also a functional space for meetings, entertaining the annual meeting of some companies or large-scale meetings of companies visiting the company, and a multi-functional space planning for meals and meetings. It can accommodate up to 60 people for meals and meetings at the same time. In the upstairs room, the main wall uses the form of soft package + wood veneer to form the main body of the space, the wall uses gray latex paint to match the overall space, the TV background wall uses a square box to break the monotony of the overall wall, and the carpet form of water ripples on the ground makes the whole space much more vivid, which is also to improve the space under the condition of controllable cost.
Guohuai Fangxi B&B Hotel Project
Design Description: This project is an independent courtyard in Beijing, an alley with ancient Chinese architecture, close to Baoguo Temple, is an antique temple, attracting a lot of tourists, there is a 200-year-old locust tree in the courtyard, so there is a "Huai" in the name of the hotel. The overall style is a new Chinese style, and the room is made into four seasons and four color directions: spring (green), summer (red), autumn (orange), and winter (blue). It is divided into double room, standard room, family room and special room, with a total of 34 rooms, including an independent chess room, a reception room, a restaurant and an independent kitchen. The whole space has become a feeling of being a hotel and a home, satisfying guests to make their favorite food, or invite their friends to have a meal and cook by themselves, a warm feeling.
Seoul Sweet City Villa Model Room
Design Description: This project is positioned as a group of young successful people, for the living needs of the villa, to meet the state of luxury, so that their sense of achievement is more reflected in the space, warm fireplace, rock slab TV background wall, steel cabinet body, the three with space interspersed, forming a group of design composition eye-catching, so the sofa background wall continues the simple shape of bamboo and wood fiberboard, plus metal buckles, so that it is not the "protagonist" of snatching the TV background The 2 cm metal edge sleeve and the natural seam of the bamboo and wood fiberboard make the space more concise and luxurious, and the simple marble tiles imitating the stone make the space more grade and height, and the combination of the master bedroom Great Wall board and the bamboo and wood fiberboard will make the background wall more hierarchical, and according to the characteristics of the material, we will design the bathroom and cloakroom cabinet of the master bedroom TV wall into a hidden door to make the space more square. Perched e-sports hotel
Design Description: This project is aimed at e-sports enthusiasts as the main customer group, combining rest, business and entertainment in a space, and not only the sense of technology and time and space in the room, so that guests walk into the hotel The moment they walk into the hotel, there is this feeling, maybe they are an NPC in the game, or they are a scene in the game, the room types are: double bed room (mainly for couple players), double standard room (mainly for brother players), triple room, four-person room and five-person team room. The COB light strip used more in the space reflects the Lenga of the space more distinctly, and some reflective materials are used, and a new type of bamboo and wood metal plate is used for some top space, making it more tall. With the intelligent control, the light strip of COB can change different colors according to different modes. In order to ensure the opening time and short construction period, we used the material of bamboo and wood fiberboard on the wall, and the carpentry was directly pasted after the water and electricity were done. While ensuring the effect, the construction period is shortened.
