On the 11th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued the Decision on Taking Countermeasures against General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and General Dynamics Land Systems.
The United States continues to sell arms to China's Taiwan region, seriously violating the one-China principle and the provisions of the three China-US joint communiqués, seriously interfering in China's internal affairs, and seriously undermining China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 15 of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to take the following countermeasures against the companies listed in the Countermeasures List attached to the Countermeasures List, such as General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and General Dynamics Land Systems, which are involved in arms sales to Taiwan, starting from April 11:
- Movable property, immovable property and other types of property frozen in the territory of the mainland;
- Visas will not be issued to senior managers and they will not be allowed to enter the country.
