The Ukrainian Air Force said that between midnight and early morning, Russia launched 17 drones from Cape Choda, Russian-occupied Crimea, and air defense forces shot down 14 drones from the skies over Odessa and Mykolaiv oblasts, respectively, and launched at least two 9K720 Iskander K missiles and one 9K720 Iskander M. [171] The governor of the Kharkiv region said that at least three civilians were killed and three were injured in Russia's attacks on Liptsy and Maladanelivka in Kharkiv Oblast at 1:30 p.m. and Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast at 2:45 p.m. respectively.
