Gliding tools cannot be used on the road
Article 74 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that pedestrians are not allowed to use skateboards, roller skates and other sliding tools on the road. Taxiing tools do not have the right of way, cannot drive on non-motorized lanes, let alone enter motorized lanes, and can only be used in closed residential roads and indoor venues.
