The Guilin-Qinzhougang Highway (Yongfu Sanhuang to Liuzhou Section) PPP Project (referred to as the "Yongliu Project") is an important part of the Longitudinal 7th Route of the Guangxi Expressway Network (2018-2030). Guangxi Yongliu Expressway Co., Ltd. is responsible for the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the project, and the Guangxi Yongliu Expressway Construction General Contracting Department of China Railway Seventh Bureau is responsible for the construction.
In the construction of the project, the long-span T-structure rotation of the Hengliu cross-line bridge and the interchange of the Shatang hub have become the major and difficult projects of the whole line.
