3 major T0 hero tweaks

The three T0 heroes who have been adjusted this time are Ma Chao, Zhao Yun and Goya.

In the pinnacle competition, Ma Chao's data has come to an exaggerated 54% win rate and 26.9% appearance rate, so the adjustment of the plan is here:

  • First of all, the movement speed effect of Ma Chao's passive increase has been adjusted, from the original 20~55→20~40, and the movement speed bonus has been reduced by 15 points in the later stage under the premise that the early effect remains the same.
  • Secondly, adjust the preparation time of the three skills from the original fixed 10 seconds → 12.5/11.25/10 seconds.

At the beginning, there were still many friends who sang about Ma Chao, but they obviously underestimated the power of the new Ma Chao, who can drive big + can pick up two guns at the same time.

After the movement speed is weakened and the CD time of the three skills increases, Ma Chao's damage and pulling ability will be affected to a certain extent, but I took a closer look, and the values are not particularly exaggerated, and I feel that Ma Chao should still be able to play after being weakened (the win rate may fall to about 52.5%).

I just used Zhao Yun to go on the wave score yesterday, but I didn't expect him to be weakened today, Zhao Yun's adjustment this time focused on the second skill:

  • Recovery Effect: Under the premise that the base value remains the same, the additional bonus of Zhao Yuner's skill recovery effect has been increased by 0.5% extra life (from 1.5% extra life → 2% extra life).
  • Damage Effect: The base damage of the second skill is increased from 180~360+48% additional AD bonus → 175~350+40% additional AD bonus.

Zhao Yun currently has two mainstream outfits, one is the main output of the Shadow Grandmaster stream, and the other is the relatively mediocre but more forgiving blood demon half-flesh stream.   • The cooldown of a skill has been increased from 7~6 seconds → 8~6.5 seconds.

At the same time as the early damage is halved, the cooldown time of a skill has also increased by 1~0.5 seconds, which can be said to be weakened in the whole period, and it seems that the position of Goya's first sister is not guaranteed.

Adjustment of 3 fighters

  • At level 1, the passive regeneration is increased from 64.5→70, and at max level, the passive regeneration is increased from 176 → 151.76.
  • At level 1, the damage of a skill is 372→397.6, and when the full level is full, the damage of a skill is 1327→1045.6.
