For example, India has set up a hidden intelligence organization in the United Arab Emirates, and when the assassination targets are identified, the Indian intelligence organization personnel will not do it themselves, they will pay money to hire local criminals or poor people to carry out assassinations, and sometimes Indian agents will recruit "extremists" as gunmen to induce them to kill targets on India's assassination list.
Frankly speaking, in the face of such accusations, the average country either ignores or denies it, and few countries will affirm such an act at the official level, but the third brother is the third brother and never takes the usual path.
In an interview on April 5, Indian Defense Minister Manmohan Singh not only did not flatly deny the accusation of "overseas assassination", but even took pride in it.
Singh's exact words are as follows: "If he flees to Pakistan, we will track him down and wipe him out on Pakistani soil." India is capable of doing this, and Pakistan is beginning to understand it. Seeing it, Singh so openly admitted to the "transnational pursuit", and also named Pakistan. And his statement about India's history is even more absurd: "India has never attacked any country", so how did the Sino-Indian border self-defense counterattack war break out in 1962? "India has not occupied an inch of land in any country", so how can southern Tibet explain?
Singh keeps saying that he will not let go of terrorists against India, even if they flee to Pakistan, he will hunt them down to the end, but the reality is that Pakistan is the bigger victim than the frequency of terrorist attacks in India - just last month, a very bad terrorist attack occurred in Pakistan, several Chinese citizens were killed in this attack, and the terrorist organization that organized this attack is inextricably linked to India. Who is harboring terrorists? Who owes the outside world an explanation? Who should not be spared? India should have an answer in its heart.
