On April 10, 2024, the south building of the Huimin County Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park - Huimin County Cultural and Financial Media Center project, which was invested and constructed by Caijin Group, was successfully capped.
The project will officially start on July 1, 2023, from a blueprint to a smooth capping, from reinforced concrete to high-quality projects, every detail is condensed with the hard work and sweat of financial people. Since the commencement of the project, the Finance Group has overcome many difficulties such as weather and environmental protection with the attitude of "sprinting at the start and fighting at the start", actively coordinated the problems encountered in the construction process, promoted the construction of the project with high standards and high quality, and achieved the capping of the main structure in ten months.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park project is invested and constructed by Huimin County Finance Group. The total investment of the project is about 2.68 billion yuan, covering an area of about 280 acres, with a construction area of about 287,800 square meters and a supporting construction area of 85,900 square meters. The project is divided into four individual projects, including the Innovation and Entrepreneurship R&D Center, the Financial Services Center, the Integrated Service Center of the Industrial Park and the Cultural Convergence Media Center project. Its Chinese Media Center project has a construction area of about 57,200 square meters, and the overall layout is butterfly-shaped, implying the beautiful vision of butterfly transformation and upgrading of Huimin New City. Set up multi-functional studios, museums, national second-level standard libraries, science and technology museums, cultural centers, and integrate the functions of the new era civilization practice center, women and children's activity centers, youth homes, e-commerce service centers, etc., to create a cultural and artistic complex integrating news and publicity, culture and art, science and technology popularization, and citizen leisure, and open a new chapter in the development of the cultural media industry.
