"Compared with before, the countryside has changed too much, not only has the living environment improved, but we can also earn money at our doorstep, and the income is no worse than working outside. In 2022, after Shaoyun Town was included in the pilot construction of "Bayue Farm", Wang Yijun returned to his hometown to start a business. Now, he has three incomes, works in the village collective economic enterprise, transfers land, and raises a lot of chickens.
Outside the words, Wang Yijun couldn't suppress his happiness: "Many of the villagers who used to work outside the village have now returned, and everyone feels that there is hope and hope for their current life." ”
Half an hour's drive south along Shaoyun Town, Couples Town is also a lively scene. At one end of the village, baskets of screw peppers are ready to be shipped to the market, and at the other end of the village, bunches of small tomatoes are growing well. In the Facility Vegetable Science and Technology Park, tourists who experience picking small tomatoes are all over the greenhouses, and the phone of Liu Jiaying, the sales reception of the operating company, is ringing non-stop, and there are citizens who call to consult from time to time.
Half an hour's drive to the south can come to Weilong Town, where it is the peach blossom season, Weilong Town takes "flowers" as the medium, through fun races, agricultural product exhibitions, interactive performances, etc., attracting a large number of tourists to check in, and at the far end of the hillside, the excavator is stepping up its operation, and the camping base covering an area of 88,000 square meters can be put into use in two months.

The fiery momentum of the northern, central and southern towns of Tongliang District makes people sigh at the great changes in the countryside. Previously, the land in Shaoyun Town was mainly planted by farmers themselves, and the extensive production mode did not bring much income, and the villagers also went out to work, and the phenomenon of land abandonment was once serious.
Qiu Dehong, secretary of the party branch of Shaoyun Village, said that until two years ago, there were only two industrial projects in the village, watermelon and rattan pepper planting, with a total scale of less than 300 acres, and the annual income of the village collective economy was only 100,000 yuan.
Weilong Town also has a similar confusion, before the introduction of social capital to develop the economy, the rupture of the capital chain not only failed to increase the income of the villagers, but also became a problem for land rent, and the contradictions in the village became increasingly intensified.
"Rural revitalization faces problems such as insufficient investment in the 'three rural' areas, low agricultural production efficiency, inactive benefit distribution mechanism, and high business risk. Zhang Huanbing, director of the Tongliang District Agriculture and Rural Committee, did not shy away from raising the big problems faced by small villages.
But for villages with different conditions, how to get through these pain points and difficulties?

A major change in rural revitalization that began to be piloted by these three towns began that year, and these seemingly unrelated villages have a unified name behind them - "Bayue Farm".
Why these three towns?
——Tongliang wants to radiate the planning and layout from point to surface, Shaoyun, Couple, Weilong, the three towns are distributed from north to south, but they have their own characteristics, and have a better degree of integration in terms of geographical location and business development.
What is "Bayue Farm"?

This new model has built a win-win and risk-sharing mechanism among villagers, collective economy, state-owned platform companies and other parties, so as to promote it to the whole district and the whole city.

The innovative model of "Bayue Farm" seems to explain these doubts. To put it simply, the "Bayue Farm" joint-stock company was jointly established by the collective economic organization of the pilot village and the state-owned company of Tongliang District. The 28 towns and streets in Tongliang District have different resource endowments and different development stages, how to make the overall layout of capital, technology, talent and other elements in the pilot construction of "Bayue Farm"?

After nearly two years of pilot construction, the results of "Bayue Farm" are emerging. As of September 2023, the collective economy of the three towns and six villages in Tongliang District, which is the first batch of "Bayue Farm" pilots, has a year-on-year increase of 350% in operating income and a 149% year-on-year increase in operating income. In 2023, the four pilot villages of Baoxiang, Wenqu, Shuilong, and Shihe will increase the income of the masses by 16.24 million yuan and 1,520 yuan per capita.
