The reporter learned from China Railway Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Railway") that from 18 o'clock on April 10, the national railway implemented a new freight train schedule, and the Wuhan Railway freight train schedule was adjusted synchronously. In this map adjustment, Wuhan Railway closely connects with market demand, comprehensively optimizes the four categories of train products of China-Europe trains, Central Asia trains, multimodal trains, and intercity trains, with 119 cross-bureau cargo trains departing and passing from Wuhan Railway, an increase of 17 trains, and 89 cross-bureau bulk cargo direct trains departing and passing, an increase of 12 trains, striving to reduce the logistics cost of the whole society and serve the high-quality development of the economy and society.

The main changes in this map adjustment are as follows:
The first is to increase the supply of products for intercity and multimodal transport trains. Intercity trains refer to domestic freight trains that run between cities, and multimodal trains refer to domestic freight trains that can be transported by two or more modes between railways and highways, water transport, and aviation, mainly for container transportation, which is convenient for connecting at both ends. Compared with the first quarter, the number of express intercity trains departing from and passing through Wuhan Railway increased by 5 trains from Jiangcun to Harbin South, Nanjing East to Chengxiang, and Wuhu East to Xining, reaching 19 trains, and the number of ordinary express intercity trains departing from and through Wuhan Railway increased to 39 trains, including Wuxi to Wuhan North, Chengdu North to Yuguo, and Korla to Jiangcun. Vigorously develop multimodal transport, Wuhan Railway started and passed through the rapid multimodal transport trains increased from Wujiashan to Jiangcun, Fengtai West to Jiangcun, Jiangcun to Zhengzhou North and other 7 trains, reaching 11 trains, the general express multimodal transport trains increased to Huinong to Wuhan North, Yingshuiqiao to Zhuzhou North and other 3 trains, reaching 22 trains, at the same time, Chengdu North to Wuhan North, Yingshuiqiao to Wuhan North two ordinary express multimodal transport trains increased from 1 to 2 per week, greatly improving freight capacity and serving economic and social development.

The second is to improve the quality of China-Europe and Central Asia trains. The China-Europe and Central Asia trains refer to the freight trains running between China and European countries, and between China and other Asian countries, respectively, and mainly serve cross-border cargo transportation. In this map adjustment, Wuhan Railway has increased the organization of China-Europe and Central Asia trains, increased the operating cycle of China-Europe trains from Wujiashan to Alashankou (border) from 3 trains per week to 4 trains per week, and actively expanded overseas transportation channels to ensure the stability and smoothness of the international supply chain.

The third is to expand the transportation capacity of bulk cargo. In order to ensure the transportation needs of key materials for the national economy and people's livelihood such as thermal coal, grain, spring ploughing and chemical fertilizer, and deeply tap the transportation potential of Haoji Railway, Xiangyu, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and other lines, 89 cross-bureau bulk cargo direct trains departed and passed through Wuhan Railway, an increase of 12 trains from the first quarter. Among them, 79 direct coal trains departed and passed through Wuhan Railway, 8 additional trains, 10 non-coal direct trains, 4 additional trains, vigorously improving the transportation capacity of freight corridors and the level of supply of key materials.

Fourth, improve the quality of railway freight services. Adhere to the direction of marketization, rule of law and internationalization, deepen the reform and innovation of railway freight, accelerate the construction of a modern railway logistics system with Wuhan Railway, establish Wuhan Railway Logistics Center, and fully implement market-oriented operation. Strengthen the strategic cooperation of "general to general", vigorously carry out logistics general contracting services, tailor the optimal overall logistics solutions for enterprises, and provide the whole chain, whole process and all-round overall logistics services from logistics scheme design, transportation mode selection, to warehouse management and information services. Adhere to the customer-centric, strengthen the innovation and application of railway logistics equipment, promote the transformation and upgrading of railway logistics stations, implement the "one single system", reduce the intermediate links of logistics, optimize the market-oriented pricing mechanism, and effectively reduce social logistics costs. Promote the pilot of financial services in the field of logistics, actively promote the property rights of railway waybills, and carry out pilot projects of three types of logistics financial service products: railway freight loans, trade settlement, and pledge financing, so as to further improve customer experience.
