Due to the needs of the road reconstruction project, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the implementation regulations, it is decided to implement traffic restrictions on the sections of Yongming Road, Shaping Street and Xiaoxingtao, and the specific notice is as follows:

From April 15 to May 15, 2024, due to special reasons such as weather, the time limit will be postponed.

Yongming Road, Shaping Street, Xiaoxingtao Road Section.

3. Traffic restrictions

The entire road is closed to all vehicles.

Fourth, the vehicle detour route

(1) Xinhua Road to Jinxi Garden: South Section of Xinhua Road - Xinyang Road - Binjiang North Road - Jinxi Garden.

(2) Jinxiyuan to Xinhua Road: Jinxiyuan - Binjiang North Road - Xinyang Road - Xinhua Road South Section.

Drivers of vehicles passing through restricted traffic areas are requested to follow the instructions of traffic signs and markings, pay attention to slowing down or detouring, and obey the command and guidance of on-site traffic management personnel. We ask for your understanding for the inconvenience caused by the implementation of traffic restrictions.
