The kindergarten is located in Qingcun Town, Fengxian District, east of Qingcun Port, south of Qingcun Port Road, west of Nanming Road, north of 16-01 plot, convenient transportation, pleasant environment.
The total land area of the project is 7197.8 square meters, and the main construction content is to build a new 3-storey kindergarten above ground. The total construction area of one new single building is 6411.65 square meters, the plot ratio is 0.87, the building height is 14.95 meters, the total length of the base wall is 316.95 meters, and the height is 2.2 meters.
