Subsequently, the police of the Environmental Food and Drug Investigation Brigade took Guan Moumou to the public security organ for further investigation in accordance with the law.
After investigation, Guan Moumou usually likes to raise birds to play, and in 2023, Guan Moumou saw on his mobile phone that the thrush has been listed as a national second-class key protected wild animal for protection. But out of liking, Guan Moumou still took a risk, and successively bought 4 thrushes suspected of being wild national second-class key protected animals from others at prices ranging from 40 to 200 yuan, and then bought 4 turtledoves at a price of 20 yuan each to raise at home. On April 9, the seized 8 birds were identified as follows: 4 are thrushes, 4 are national three-protected animals, and 4 are pearl-necked turtle doves, waiting for Guan Moumou will be severely punished by law.

Police tip: Since February 1, 2021, the thrush has been included in the new version of the "List of National Key Protected Wild Animals", which belongs to the national second-class key protected wild animals.
