Since March this year, the District Market Supervision Bureau has organized and carried out special inspections on the quality and safety of cosmetics in key areas around commodity cities and railway stations, and with cosmetics franchise units as key objects, through the "three combinations", so as to further standardize the operation order of the cosmetics market.
First, the combination of special inspection and self-examination and self-correction. At the beginning of the special inspection, the key franchise units were reminded of their work, urging them to sort out and self-examine the source of products, product labels, product quality, whether the storage conditions meet the requirements, and whether there are false and exaggerated propaganda behaviors in combination with their own business conditions. The special inspection focuses on the problems and risk points found in the previous year's inspection, and guides the merchants, and reminds the operators to investigate potential quality and safety hazards in a targeted manner. In the process of inspection, the supply vouchers are incomplete, the ledger records are not standardized, and other problems are ordered to be rectified immediately, and at the same time, the operators are required to strictly implement the main responsibility of the enterprise, standardize business behavior, and improve service quality. Since the launch of the special inspection action, a total of 29 cosmetics business and use units have been inspected.
The second is the combination of special inspection and supervision and sampling. Focus on hair dyeing, freckle removal, whitening, imported ordinary cosmetics and other varieties that are prone to problems or have a high degree of public concern for supervision and sampling, a total of 10 batches of related products were sampled, and further urged operators to strictly control the source of products and put an end to the sale of fake and shoddy products.
The third is the combination of special inspections and legal popularization and publicity. Compile and distribute cosmetics knowledge understanding papers, and interact with operators to popularize new knowledge and new requirements with newly released summaries of laws and regulations, children's cosmetics management requirements, toothpaste with reference to cosmetics management requirements, purchase acceptance inspection methods, cosmetics prohibited advertising slogans, etc. During the inspection, more than 200 copies of publicity materials were distributed and 10 questions were answered.
In the next step, the District Market Supervision Bureau will continue to pay attention to the quality and safety of cosmetics operations, increase the training of practitioners, strive to improve the level of cosmetics supervision, and make every effort to ensure the safety of cosmetics for the masses and help beauty and healthy consumption.
