The project is located in Hefei High-tech Zone, Anhui Province, with a total construction area of about 305,200 square meters, with 2 underground floors and 5 floors above ground. The project is a supporting project of iFLYTEK's intelligent industry, including office area, catering area, exhibition area, hardware center, sports center and commercial service facilities.
As a pilot project of intelligent construction in Hefei, the project team used BIM technology to conduct 3D modeling of the building structure in the early stage of construction, find potential design problems in advance, optimize the construction process according to the effect of different construction plans in the construction process of the project, ensure one-time molding, and avoid rework and waste of resources in the later stage. In view of the complex pipeline layout in the project, the project combined with the Su and revit models, adopted the floor-mounted disc buckle support frame, erected layer by layer, projected according to the farthest pick-up distance, and erected layer by layer with the structure, and used the identity conversion of the construction protection frame and the support frame to carry out protection and support construction, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the construction.
The project sports center part of the steel structure volume is large, the span of the steel beam is 41 meters, the weight is 35 tons, the lifting weight is large, the hoisting amplitude is far, the hoisting installation is difficult, the installation accuracy is high, and the construction site is limited. The steel column foundation structure is completed to reach the design strength, the crane directly enters the foundation pit, the steel beam is assembled and hoisted, the steel structure installation is completed, and the positive and negative zero structure and foundation engineering are carried out.
